Location is so comfortable . I stay in this hotel several times and always enjoy it . The residence located in the centre of complex , where u can found mall , restaurants, cafes , markets and different entertainment. The residences is so comfortable , its like a flat with the kitchen , washing and drying machine .

Sometimes in hall , workers can be noisy at the night.

The location was excellent for families surrounded by restaurants, cafés, mall and hospital. We were allocated a lovely one bedroom facing inwards and very peaceful. It had everything and felt like home right away. Housekeeping always available and accomodating.Réception staff very professional and helpful. It is definitely our go to hotel in Istanbul.

Would have liked to use private transportation referred by the hotel but they were overly priced.

I loved the breakfast buffet!! Ariff took care of my entire family we stayed for 10 days by the end of our trip he memorized each family’s members egg order haha. All the servers there were trainend well and professional also the bell boys super polite and respectful. I fail to recall the name but a gentleman with grey hair was always being so helpful to us he was present at the buffet each morning. And one bellboy with longish black hair was very generous with helping weigh our bags by standing on the scale and carrying each of our 7 bags because we were told that the scale is broken and was sent to fedex.

To be completely honest i hated that we communicated to the hotel beforehand that our flight will be early mornibg and if possible we wanted an early check-in. But we ended up entering our room at 1 pm when we arrived at the hotel’s around 7 am

Clean the staff were nice professional and very friendly and supportive , great location walking distances from the mall and a lots of restaurants and very close to supermarket but a bit far from center

Quite classy atmosphere, feeling like home safe place clean comfy bed , well maintained kitchen , forest view which was breathtaking, walkable area near to vadi ist mall And many restaurants Special thanks to mr Ali for his cheerful face and mr .Ismail he was cooperative and polite . Definitely I will come back

Our food was taken from the kitchen counter when we were gone.We had to pay for swimming caps which we didn't want.

The location of the hotel is excellent — very safe, with Vadi Istanbul Mall nearby. The restaurants are great, and the service at the hotel is outstanding!The receptionist Ismail was absolutely excellent — his attitude was extremely polite and professional. Room service was also great, and overall, all the staff were always smiling and very welcoming!This is my first time ever visiting Istanbul, and I truly enjoyed the city — especially the hotel and its amazing location!

Staff, I booked for Deluxe 3 bedrooms apartment and paid £200 extra, but when I arrived the staff given me 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom apartment which was £200 cheaper than 3 bedrooms deluxe apartment when I was booking.

Every time I come to Istanbul, I usually stay in this hotel. In the past, my experiences were good, but this time it was very disappointing.When we arrived, no one came outside to help us with our bags or unload the car. Check-in was fast, but again no one offered to take our luggage to the room, so we had to carry it ourselves. The first room was dirty, had a bad smell, and faced the street, so it was very noisy at night.After one night, we asked to change the room and they moved us to another floor, which was a little better. On the day of check-out, our flight was late so we requested a late check-out until 4:00 pm, but the hotel refused, even though our floor was completely empty. The staff were not helpful at all.Very disappointing compared to all my previous stays. Unfortunately

They are not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, which made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our entire visit.We first stayed for 3 nights before leaving for a 10-day vacation in Antalya. The hotel kindly allowed us to leave our cars in their parking area free of charge during that time, which was an incredible convenience and a gesture we truly appreciated. Upon our return, we stayed for another 7 nights, and the only regret we had was that we could not extend our stay even longer.The location is another major advantage. The hotel is set within a complex, with a shopping center just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy to combine relaxation with convenience.We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families, travelers seeking comfort, and anyone who values ease of access and thoughtful service. It is a place where you immediately feel at home, and one that we will definitely return to in the future.k
