Proximity to the tram station was the only good thing.

1. Dirty bedding with hair residue2. Dirty towels 3. Bathroom without hot water and heating (in January!) 4. Totally insecure door lock 5. Breakfast starting at 8 am 6. Favoring food delivered over nearby restaurants (probably the receptionist has a hand in this)I should have added a few euros more and taken a decent hotel. The overall score of this hotel is not valid.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and clean room with an air conditioner and a refrigerator. The hotel has a terrace that is always open and free to use for relaxing and sitting around with a cup of coffee, water, or e.g. with your own food in the evening. A breakfast buffet started not always punctually while our stay, but it has a good variety of both standard european foods (bread, cheese, jam, eggs) and local foods - cold and hot dishes. It was always very tasty :) The location is really good, it's comfortable to reach the tram station, shopping centre with cafés (Galataport) and Taksim Square.

Some two-bed rooms have too little day light because of a very small window in a niche. But if you are not going to spend much time in the room during the day, it won't be a problem.

No facilities. No parking. No restaurant on-site.

Nice look to Bosphor, quite street.

Bed linen is old, dust. Air conditioner, toilet don't work properly, heating system also. Light bulb in the lamp is absence

the staff is very impolite and unhelpful at all. for 4 days no one from housekeeping visited our room, no toilet paper and never changed our towels

Terrible stay and absolutely horrid service and staff.

Terrible staff, they accused us of not paying the full amount of the stay and threatened to call the police and kept a nonsensical back and forth while we were rushing to the airport to catch our flight back home. They only left us when they realized it was their own mistake and we already paid the whole amount in cash.

Good location if you want to take the ferry.

Room 103 is next to the laundry room and kept me awake all night.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean when we arrived and it is just 10 mins walk to bus stop which goes to both the airports in Istanbul. The staffs were friendly and smiling even with lack of communication.

The street to the hotel was so steep and had to use the pavement which was either under construction or blocked by different things. There was absolutely no noise isolation between the rooms so if you are a light sleeper, don't expect to have a good night. People smoked even at the room top where the breakfast was served and it was hard to breathe. Talking about breakfast, be sure to be the first one to get there. If you are late for 30- 40 mins, don't expect anything except the bread. None of them could speak English so if your language is English, don't expect any information. We spend 3 nights and our room was not cleaned even once or the towels were changed.

Kader was excellent. He served best. All other staff was co operative and helping.

Front desk and lobby to small for a four star rating. The front desk and entry is of no standard.

poor breakfast choice, everyday the same food, no choice for children such as yoghurts or pancakes, no fruit. shower was broken first, no remote control, weak Wi-fi I could not use at allstaff does not speak much English

This hotel locates near Germany Embassy and the Bar street by the sea.One of the staff, a young man, is friendly and helpful. He helped me book a Benz taxi for me. When he knew that I had not much money at hand. He gives me discount. Thank you!

But the building itself is old and people can hear any sound from your neighbor room. Breakfast is too simple and they clean the dishes by hand. It seams very bad.The cleaning staff took my Germany SIM card as trash. When I get back to Germany,I have to book a new one by 14,99Euro.

Location is perfect. It's very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, like 7min walk. Also tram ? station is like 4 min walk which can take you throughout most important places to visit.

The cleanliness was fair but, it could have been better, and the windows of the room leak sound very much. The road is frequented for the most part of the night so If you're not used to sleep in a noisy area, you might have a problem to fall asleep.

To be near to Takseem square

First of all it should not call it a Hotel but it is a small Motel and it was a misleading at the website. And was not Good shoice for me and my family .

The breakfast was great the staff at the hotel was very helpfull with all my questions. They were kind and did all they could to make my stay in Istanbul a trip i will never forget. The location is fantastic if you want to experience the real istanbul lifestyle and it was the best hotel i stayed in for a very reasonable price.

but the management was not active and seems not much supportive,,, cleaning, toiletries, breakfast is not upto standard.

Customer service was best, especially Paria on the reception.

The location was worst.. too much distance from Istaklal street like 600 m HIKE, was very difficult for my parents even for me. finding taxi here was tough. Breakfast was same everyday. Boring
