Hotel Akkus

Breakfast is nice considering they offer lentil soup for cold winter, location is really good as metro station and tramway are easy to be reached, many restaurants and money exchange are nearby

The staffs don't have enough experience, three days before my check out they told me to leave the hotel, if I didn't have check in and out with paper they would have sent me out.

The location is perfect, it is close to everythin. And the staff is very friendly specially Yusuf, he gives me very good advices for the locations to visit plus the directions :)

The breakfast is poor.

Staff,, location, cleaning

I like the location everything is close to the hotel shopping mall metro bus plus food shop also close

Bathroom shower is not good .water is coming very slow.

Clean hotel staff are friendly and nice location

It's nice location in Istanbul.

Shopping mall food places metro all is close to this hotel

Cheap accommodation close to subway, tram and city center. Many groceries, shops, restaurants and kebab houses around. Good breakfast, speedy wifi connection and super friendly staff.

Room equipment might be more modern. Behind the window of my room was noisy air conditioning machine.

Exceptional

I give the overall rating as 10, because the most important thing for me is the approach of the employees, which was perfect. But there are a couple of little things that were unpleasant. The room was nice, with a view, as expected. Towels are changed every day, but after wiping they smelled terribly - as if they had not been washed at all. The bathroom is clean, but it smells like a sewer. The breakfast was below average, there was an effort to provide variety, but there was a lack of more warm food - there were no warm food (scrambled eggs, etc... Only one type of salami, only one type of cheese and sausage in ketchup. Accommodation as a good price-performance ratio, but not impressive. But for that price and place, I recommend.

There were everything you need. but very basic and budget type of everything.

smelly and noisy

Good rooms big enough it feels like a small apartment. this is a good hotel for the money and very great location. I recommend.

Great air conditioning, close to everything and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to, they made our time there better. The manager was very helpful and was very informative, plus the rest of the staff making the stay as comfortable as possible.
