This small hotel has all you need. Lovely, new style, clean, comfortable Nex time I book it again.

The hotel is new or recently renovated. For the price range, it's a very nice place to stay, very stylish and clean! The personnel are very attentive and have a good level of English.

Breakfast is given in plastic containers that personnel bring to the room. This means a lot of plastic waste. Apart from that, it's a nice breakfast, but it's the same fixed menu every day, so it can get a bit boring after 2 days.

The Redmont Hotel is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the rooms are stylish and spotless, and the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city. An unforgettable stay—I’ll definitely be back!

Hotel is located in a good place

Not possibility to choice the breakfast you have to eat what you receive. No coffee no possibility to receive more bread Cleaning from the room ???

The breakfast was not a buffet and it was sent to them room, it wasnt enough and each day had something missing

if you want to see the modern European looking Istanbul - the place is good. the rooms are comfortable, clean. thanks to Omar, who takes care of the peace of the guests.

As someone who knows Istanbul very well, I know it’s hard to find accommodation of this quality with this price and this location. Bunch of cafes and restaurants around(of course you have to walk for like 2-5 mins which is nothing for Istanbul). Metro and bus stations are 5 mins by foot. There is a mall 3 mins away. There is a park 4 mins away. It’s not on top of the hill which is VERY important for Istanbul. Also it’s quiet at night. I don’t know why some ppl are writing there is noise. There is no noise at night. This neighborhood is not loud at night in general. Rooms are of decent size and cleaned every day. The staff is super nice and friendly, but not pushy. They are great. Breakfast is ok, but when in Turkey you need to go to proper breakfast places to get the full experience(two famous breakfast places: Van is 2 mins from the hotel by foot, and Bazlama 8 mins walk). There is a dog day care and hotel across the street in case you have a dog. I give this hotel 10/10 for what it is: a city hotel on a great location with clean, comfy rooms and very good staff.

From the moment I arrived, their warm smiles and genuine friendliness made me feel instantly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering thoughtful recommendations and always being available to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, combined with Eren and Akın’s outstanding service, created an experience that was comfortable and genuinely memorable. I can’t wait to return!

Good place to stay and really great friendly staff. The location is very near to shopping stores in the area also has easy way and access to the hotel.

I loved front office team being very responsive. Specially night shift Akin bey, was very helpful, booked taxi for me, advised places to visit. Location is super close to everything paralel to Valikonagi Caddesi. At night it is very safe to come back to hotel.

Breakfast- as owners in order to do cost saving, instead buffet, delivering breakie to your room which consists of minimum. When you think about Istanbul breakfast you should have pishi, simit, menemen. During COVID they chose to deliver breakfast to room packed, but as covid is over, I think open buffet should be back. WIFI- I didnt like the wifi, each time I needed to switch off and on. This is my second time I have been in this hotel, same issue hasnt been resolved. As I was traveling due to work, I couldnt switch on video meeting, therefore attended without video. Hotel need to improve the wifi signalSoundproof room- I can basically hear the neighbours calls, upper floors kids playings.

Location was relatively good, in walking distance to Osmanbey Metro. There's cafes, shops in the area.The staff were helpful and most of them, especially two gentlemen at the reception were very helpful & kind.

Breakfast option very basic & repetitive. It is served only in the room which I find boring to eat breakast alone in the room. The wall is not soundproof, hence lots of noise from other guests were disturbing & unpleasant especially late at night & early hrs. Didn't sleep well as a result.

The staff was excellent. We had a mistake in the reservation date and they solved that immediately. They reacted immediately on different requests.

The breakfast in the room is not comfortable, if more than one person in the room. Better to use the lobby for that purpose.

First and foremost, the staff were amazing! They assisted with all (small) issues and questions, from organizing day trips to arranging taxis – everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Akin, Eren & Omer!The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within close proximity. The area around the hotel is clean, safe, and a great place to be. I can't say much about the breakfast as I was never up that early (I believe it was available until 10 a.m.).The room was clean and there was little to no noise disturbance. In fact, I might have been the one causing more noise with my loud music, but no one complained, even though the hotel was fully booked. The walls must be pretty soundproof!"

I did miss having a balcony in my room, though I later realized that some rooms do have one – I must have overlooked that when booking.There were also too few hangers for all the clothes I brought, but I could have requested more (which I didn’t). It was definitely an option.

We book it from booking. I ordered 2 hotel's in Istanbul and like Redmont better.The manager and service are good. And I had a good conversation with the manager. He helped me learn about the life about Istanbul.We will recommend to our friends if they will visit Istanbul in Turkey.

The breakfast is not fit our taste. But it works.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. I encountered a case of lost documents in a taxi due to my fault. The help from the staff and the hotel manager was invaluable.

Terrible hotel, dirty, very bad service, in 3 nights they changed our towels once. Breakfast is a disaster - they serve breakfast in a container like on an airplane. Very noisy, very old renovation, and the best thing was that there was a dead mouse lying on the balcony outside the window. The towels are not the first freshness, already gray, they need to be updated a long time ago. And the description in the pictures does not correspond to reality. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I recommend checking for sanitary standards.

The room was great: clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the location has everything you need around it.

The room service isn't actually room service and the restaurant they gave me the menu for was awful. You are required to pay on the spot you can't charge to the room.
