Amazing little hotel in the heart of the busy district of sirkici. Clean comfortable rooms with a very nice powerful shower. All the staff were very helpful from check in to check out. Only slightly let down was the breakfast spread. Could have a little bit more variety overall was very good hotel to stay in. Will definitely stay here again

Aircon wasn't working but it wasn't critical. A lot of noise from the street with the window open. Cab driver struggled a little to locate it

Location is very good near to sirkeci tram station,. Eminönü, square, Egyptian Bazaar etc. Breakfast and the place it is served are good.

Tabe is small with one chair in my twin bed room. Drain in the bath room is not good.

Excellent location, near metro and within walking distance of many places. Basic room, but comfortable and clean. (It was the right size for one person but I would recommend a larger room if you’re traveling with someone.)The staff was helpful.

The breakfast was somewhat lacklustre - the buffet had all the right stuff but not particularly tasty

Excellent hotel, centrally located near the Egyptian Market, Sirkeci Station, Eminonu.Busy during the day, but quiet and peaceful at night.Breakfast is good, staff is wonderful.

I would suggest starting breakfast a little earlier than 8 am.

I've just returned from a 7-day trip to Istanbul with my brother, and choosing Venue Hotel Istanbul Old City for our stay was one of the best decisions we made! It’s within walking distance of almost everywhere you'd want to visit, and metro, tram, and bus stations are nearby if you feel like exploring further.Cleanliness and comfort of the room and bathroom were absolutely top-notch. Everything felt fresh overall, and the facilities were new and comfortable. Big thanks to the amazing housekeeping team for their valuable effort, cleaning the room every single day.Breakfast was a delight! The food was delicious, and we’re especially thankful to Zara Hanım and the entire team at the terrace kitchen for their warm hospitality and tasty breakfast each morning.The whole staff made the travel experience even more special. From reception to management, everyone was friendly, professional, and easygoing. A big shout-out to Şahin Bey at the front desk – always polite, positive, and super helpful with all our requests. Also, thank you to Ozan Bey for his kindness and support.On our last day, we even got to meet the hotel owner, İbrahim Bey – such a genuinely nice person. You can tell he puts his heart into this place. He’s the one who came up with the entire concept and design of the hotel, and it really shows in the details.In short, this hotel is worth every single cent. The hotel itself is not bad, the location is perfect, the breakfast is quite varied, tasty and with local products; the staff was very friendly BUT: 1. We felt cheated by one of them because he recommended a rooftop restaurant which turned out to be a rip-off, overpriced and with no view of anywhere. It was a tourist trap. 2. The walls of the rooms are made of paper, you don't have much privacy. Also smell too much of disinfectant.

The property's location was outstanding, centrally located and surrounded by various attractions and restaurants, offering great value for the price. Mohamed at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

It is situated in the heart of the citySirkeci station is stone's throw away, Eminonu port is also very close.Every staff is so nice.Besides they offer wonderful breakfast with a great view.I believe this is the best place to stay at Istanbul

Everything about this hotel is worth itAnd Mr Ozan and Mr Ensar with Mr Mohamed were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was tasty and like homemade dishes.

It’s like sitting in the centre of istanbul haha. Just a walk away from other attractions. Near to tram and 5 mins walk to sirkeci marmaray

Location is excellent for tourist. Easy walking distance to main sites and transport facilities. Rooms are clean but old. Have WiFi available and easy too use. Good breakfast choices in a nice roof terrace.

Poor lift and stairs were narrow, poorly lit and steep.

The roads close at certains times so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage and kids.
