crowded street, loud voice to 02:00-03:00, very bad offisiants, very bad restaurant

The location of this property was amazing! Lots of shops and cafes. Staff was super friendly!

Since it was on a busy street, it was loud.

The location is very convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was confortable.

Facilities, simply like an elevator, do not exist. For the money I paid, I believe I deserve better quality stay. I stayed many times in istanbul in much better places for a similar amount.

This place is on top of a bar. Music and loud people until well after 3 AM. Had to be up at 6am to catch a flight. Did not get a good night's sleep.

Room size is small and breakfast needs different hot items

Although this is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not allowed in the rooms, the downstairs door is connected to the restaurant and is left open. As a result, smoke from people smoking downstairs drifts up to the upper floors. The ventilation in the room is also connected to the hallway, so my room is filled with the smell of smoke. I specifically chose this hotel because it was advertised as non-smoking.Additionally, the air conditioning only blows hot air, and the blanket provided was just a thin towel, which is unacceptable for a three-star hotel.As for breakfast, I was served a pre-set plate without even being asked what I wanted, with no consideration for whether the guest actually eats those items. I noticed many guests only took a few bites before leaving.Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, the location was super convenient since it was close to the airport and metro station and ferry. I really liked the breakfast which was included in the price, cleanliness of the room, and the staff. The hotel itself is very aesthetically pleasing and rooms are pretty!

No tooth brush/paste, no laundry.

Great location. In the center of the old eastern part of Istanbul. Metro and ferry stop in 5 minutes. Very convenient to get to Sabiha Airport. If you wanted to walk on the other side, then also not a problem (thanks to the Istanbul ferry service). There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. There is where to walk.

It was a liitle bit cool in the room.

I stayed twice here on a single trip so this place was good enough for me with quite an affordable price

Good breakfast, close to the ferry. In the middle of the night life.

The spot behind the fridge was really dirty (I would not notice it, but right from the bed I could see it). I smelled smoke from cigarettes all night from the air ventilation above the bed.

Wow, what a little gem for the price, in the heart of a bustling area so a little bit of noise but nothing I couldn't handle and I hate noise, it all finished at a reasonable time and it was dark, quiet and peaceful. I booked a single room which was perfect for what I needed, the hotel staff were brilliant and helpful. Enough storage in room, excellent bathroom and shower. Very clean and comfy. I absolutely loved this hotel and what a fabulous area

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my previous life. The staff who did check in for us is very rude, haughty and raciest. We have three girls but only two of us stayed here another girl just left her luggage in a room for a while because her flight is at later day. He was so unhappy with that and behave very mean to us. I requested for a second room key he refused and kept being sarcastic. He said let us cancel the reservation and let us get of here. Who the hell he is? Is this the right attitude towards the customers? You don't know how to communicate properly? Additionally, the room is very dirty. The dryer is broke and towel was displaced even the water in the refrigerator was opened by someone before. DON’T CHOOSE THIS PLACE!

The location is very strategic in the heart of Kadikoy, so easy to get around and get whatever I needed (food, bars etc). 5 minutes walking distance to Metro line for SAW airport

They really took care of me as if I am family. Everyone at the reception, especially Can and the man with light hair and sad eyes. The cleaning crew is wonderful and kind - they took care of my needs and helped to know how to find things around the city. They also speak many languages. Kuzen Otel is a three star hotel, so if you need all the luxury - please find a five star hotel, so your expectations are met. But here in the heart of Kodikoy it’s a great hotel for this price. The location is nice - everything is very close. The city lives its life, so don’t expect a quiet neighborhood (I was sleeping just find with my headphones on). People come here to watch soccer, spend time with fiends and enjoy local food. I had a good experience.

The hotel does not have an elevator and it’s a little inconvenient.
