The Worst and Weirdest experience!

1)It is not a hotel. More like a Airbnb like operated apartments; no reception or such and you enter with some passwords to the building and then find your keycard of your apartment.2) Before checking in you receive some “instructions “ by WhatsApp like entering the apartment, we have to put on “galosh” and use slippers in the room “all times”. Although Instructions and signs in the room says Smoking is the biggest sin and danger, the ashtray in the balcony was full of cigarette butts.3) The instructions says there won’t be any cleaning or changing of sheets for stays less than a week. So we didn’t have this service at all during our 5 days of stay.4) There was a small bottle with a label on it “shampoo and soap” 1/3 full of 50ml . That was the one given to us for all those days. Also 2 rolls of toilet paper. We need to supply ourselves as none were enough.5) Entering the room we saw that TV is not working and the taps of sink in bathroom were not operational. Both are corrected next day upon our complaint.6) At check out, another set of instructions received; the most weird one being to collect our garbage and throw to the bins at the street. Never experienced such a think in my life and asked them (bu WhatsApp of course) whether we are asked to mob the floors also. The answer was “no. Only take out the garbage”. They said you didn’t reserve for a five star hotel…

I have to say that the experience of staying in this hotel was far beyond my expectations, especially the spacious room and the warm and friendly attitude of the staff.When I left in a hurry, I left my headphones in the room. The staff immediately reminded me after finding it, and even asked his friend to help me bring the headphones back to the UK from Turkey for free!!!This is my first time to Turkey, but the friendly help I received from the local residents during the trip made me full of gratitude for this country！

The apartment was very clean and the facilities were great! Although this part of Istanbul is already pretty quiet at night, the rooms are sound proof so that you're not bothered by any traffic noise. Staff was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying in Istanbul!

towels, pillows blankets and sheets were old, extremely used and not comfortable, no reception, no daily housekeeping

Everything The space of the studio, locationMr Akef was always there when you need him

The studio is modern and has all facilities. We came here the second time and all was perfect.

Terrace

There was NO lobby. We were NOT advised that it was too far in the Asia side. The name of this town is Antasehir. It was too far from everything. We were sold a whole week to stay there but we were not aware how far it was from the tourist area. We paid a fortune for taxis because it was too far from anything worth visiting. We were duped to stay in a terrible area, because we didn’t know how far everything was. It would take 1 and a 1/2 hour for taxis to take us to Europe side. Due to the location this unit was OVERPRICED.

Specious rooms and considerably fair price

Noise comes from the road and the colourful lights outside the building enoying while trying to sleep

The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Mr. Akif is a very nice person and helped me throughout the stay, i want to thank him and the staff for providing a very good and pleasant experience! I recommend this property for sure!

Location is good, clean rooms and friendly staff. All facilities are available in the room. Specially thanks to Mr Akif .

Extremely friendly staff, quiet location, high-speed Internet 100Mb/s, comfortable bed.I really liked the room. One of the few hotels that deserve a recommendation and a 10/10 rating.Rest in pleasure =)

I travel with my son for his registration in yedi tepe university .we can walk there. Staffs were helpful. Cleanness was excellent . We feel like being at home. We stayed for 8 nights. Accessing to bus NO 19 was easy .If we travel to Istanbul, i ‘ll go here again

Everything was good. But don’t know why my cellphone (iPhone)couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi in the last 2days

The place is very clean .the location

There are no one there at the reception flat between 7PM and 10AM the water pressure is very low, the water in bathroom is not hot just about warm. The room had no hot water kettle we had to wait until the next day to get one The car parking available but it is too small for SUV or even small car if is full, luckly it was not at the time we stayed.

They didn’t maintain the cleaning, we had to ask for tissues, towels and bed sheets every day. we made a complaint and then it just got awkward. booking.com was very unprofessional for that, they should have waited until we left to complain

excellent new building, nice and secure

Location , just on the main road. very clean well maintained apartments. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

Noise is well isolated, as it's next to a busy street.

The place is mostly unfinished, missing things like lights, it looks much better in the photos than it is in reality.

The building is nice

The property was described as double bed + sofa. We made the mistake to book for 2 people (we were 3). The staff was quite unhelpful with the situation and charged us almost double the cost for the third person and this person had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa. Furthermore, they didnt provide sheets or duvet for the third person until the second night.

We have been there for visit of the closed by university Yeditepe.The Covid Protection setup was good.Rooms, clean, perfect bathroom.The windows did block the noice very good.Own parking slots in front of the building.High speed Internet.Easy formalities check in and out.
