    Pros +

    • It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I paid for a room that they say will have a window but was given a windowless room which very uncomfortable for me as I am extremely claustrophobic.
    • It’s practice because it’s in the central transit area and if you have an international flight within hours you save time with immigration and security if you go outside the airport.
    • Staff very pleasant and helpful , room v clean

    Cons -

    • There were no windows in the room so it caused me high anxiety. I could not sleep because I had to keep the lights on.
    • The cabin was not properly clean, you can hear the noises from other rooms, people outside and dogs barking. They have only one Toilet for women and one for men. The toilet was so dirty and smelled too bad. There were no towels for the showers.
    • String urine smell in the bathroom

There wasn't a breakfast. No drinks such as juice, but one small bottle of water which is not enough.

    For $500 I didn't have a breakfast

Having to stay in without having any other choice

It's located inside the airport. This is actually a little pod with bed, desk and a TV.

Make sure you know what you are getting into when you rent here. It's inside the airport but it's past passport control. You can't get in unless you have a boarding pass. If you check in for your flight online and leave your luggage in a locker before passport control because you got there too early to check in your bags, you will have to go through passport control again 2 more times to get your bags out the locker and checked in. I did this because I was exhausted and wanted to sleep, but when it came to getting my bags out of the locker, I ended up getting passed around various airport employees because none of them could not understand this. They didn't want to let me go through again. The room is very expensive and small, and it is expensive to cancel if you change your mind.

    6YerzhanPosted on: 1-5-2026

Convenient but should be cleaned better

Washroom smells like piss, needs to be cleaned better as it shares same space as shower

    7AhmadPosted on: 1-1-2026

It was fine for a quick sleep in between flights.

The communal bathroom was too small and got too busy at the peak times. Not cleaned as often as it should be.

The room was comfortable and noise proof.

The shared bathroom shower drain was not working.

The room was fine and the staff were nice. The location in the transit side of the airport is very convenient but you do not get what you pay for. You will find way better value for less money if you exit the airport and stay close by outside.

I was shocked that I could not check into my room until 8 pm in spite of a late afternoon arrival. The cost for those rooms is already exorbitant for the size room you get and then they charge by the hour for any extra time --outrageous. The hotel claimed they were charging by the hour because I made the reservation through booking.com. The level of greed is shameful. Most hotels have a check-in of 3 or 4 pm. The hotel offers 8 pm check in and 9 am check out which is criminal, with 24 euro/hour for an earlier check in. I will not be staying there again. This has nothing to do with the employees who were as helpful as possible given the hotel policies.

I'm not going to lie, this hotel is extremely convenient if you have a lay off at Istanbul Airport.

The price is just ridiculous and even more if you consider the check in and check out times, so you are paying all that money for staying 12 hours at much. On top of that the staff is pressing you to pay any extra hours like this hotel is not priced like a 5-star luxury experience to begin with.

    4CalvinPosted on: 11-25-2025

If you have a long layover, it is a welcomed relief.

Cramped room, no soundproofing, and you had to pay to use the shower facilities
