Mercure Istanbul West Hotel & Convention Center

Very nice staff especially alpernet in reception good breakfast

Nothing at all

No organization at allStinky roomsBad housekeepingHad a problem to car taking me to the airport booked from hotel

Breakfast and check in at Pullman. Nice spread.

Not near transport options. Far from the tram and tourist areas

Amazing friendly and caring staff especially Mr cihan. He was very professional and kind through out our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall 10/10 for entire staff. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

Although the room was cold, the staff immediately arrived to fix the conditioner after the request and it was made warm after all. The staff at reception is nice and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful.

There wasn't any iron in the room. Location of the hotel is quite remote from the public transport facilities, so when asked the clerk about any convenient route to the Sabiha Gokce Airport with public transport, there wasn't any reasonable answer.

spacious rooms with really comfortable bedding

Internet problem in the rooms at the end of the corridor

Nice and pleasant room, good heating?,Very good breakfast. The hotel is close to the fair, which was the reason for the visit.

Lobby

Staff, room, service,

Ece in Pullman reception made sure my accommodation was up to standard and informed me about all the facilities in the hotel. Superb service, hygiene, and quality.

The area of the hotel is not as nice, but I believe this is true for almost all locations in Istanbul.

The WiFi and soundproof wasn't even up to standard.

Poor service and bad maintenance

Check in was not very smooth, we had a free night with Turkish airlines and paid for the second night. Upon arriving we had to wait a few hours in the lobby for our room to get cleaned before we could check in. Apart from that, the room was very nice, comfortable and quiet.

Hotel breakfast was awful. Hotel is quite far from Sultanahmet and main attractions in Istanbul so don’t stay here if you want to visit those.

Good big property having facilities all around

Staff is looking to impose service charges on each request. First time, I experienced in any hotel, wherein requesting tissue paper is also subject to service charge. Also it requires several follow ups and visits to reception to request for iron stand

The rooms and the breakfast were good. The bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were great. nice Turkish coffee from the lounge area.

The service at the front counter and the concierge were terrible. possible language barrier. the location of this property is terrible. its not close to any nice shops or restaurants with lovely cobblestone lanes etc.

Good breakfast nice location

Bathroom doors did not lock no water in the room room coffee kettle available no water or ingredients to make it

Excellent locagion in one of the most modern area of the city, the mall is a 5 min walk, all neceaaitiea around. The amenities, everything you need is available in the room, soap and towels in the bathroom, coffee machine and pods available, teas, and even small chocolates.Fully equipped kitchen, Staff verry attentive, the self check in process is very easy. Parking included.

good restaurant, taxis easily available, quiet, staff good, clean, out of the way, 40 minutes from airport, good value.

not much, I’d stay here again.
