Nova Plaza Taksim Square

Location is great, personnel is helpful. Hotel is very silent considering location as well.

Breakfast could have been more versatile but still good. There was a specific smell in the room that didn’t disappear during the whole stay. There is no cooling system in the bathroom, so it is very hot.

grate location very nice staff very clean serves goodnice new experience

Very friendly staff and clean room. The location is great nothing bad to say. It was amazing how they designed the Room with lot's of rosé ??? Thanks you and see you soon again ??

On the day we were going to the airport, all roads were closed due to a parade and celebration in Istanbul, and there was no car or vehicle to go to the airport from the hotel, except that we had to take four large suitcases with us, some about 2000 meters from the hotel to the Qasim Pasha area. We must transport and carry with us. This was impossible for me and my wife, who are 82 years old. We were utterly disappointed that we would miss our flight to America. At this time, one of the hotel staff named Mr. Mohammad, volunteered to carry our luggage to the cars. His work was precious to us, and I gave 10 points to Mr. Mohammad, and I thanked him, Mr Mohamad ♥️

If I go back to Istanbul, I will stay in the Nova Plazas Hotel because of the great stuff

Staffs are really helpful and friendly. The location is great. It was my third time that I stay here during last 6 years. They keep quality of services and facilities.

Very good location, the personnel of the hotel the help us a lot specially the ladies at the reception, and Gemil very kind man and helpful.

Staff were great and helpful, especially Rumeysa .... The location was perfect but to be fair hotel overpriced but was champions league final.

Room was smaller than expected and a little noisy next tonthe lift

Perfect location for amenities. Breakfast simple but great to set your day up with ample choice. Son sampled everything and labelled "delicious".

Lift is not ideal only can hold max 3 people and limited luggage room. Although staff will help with getting it up the stairs if need be.

The location

The room very small, with bad smell, the staff Note helping at all, one small elevator for all the hotel so you need to wait for long time every use, finally we booked transportation to the airport through the hotel, the came late for 20 minutes.

Just the location

Rooms were smaller than shown on the picture and not even soundproof at a basic level. You could hear almost all the happnings in your floor and adjacent rooms. AirCondition almost nit working. Breakfast room dark and depressing. Quality of breakfast really poor and the coffee awful. A hotelwith so many rooms in 6 levels just had one elevator in which you could hardly fit in with one piece of bag with long ling waiting times. 145 euro for such a service was really not worth

Distance close

The breakfast very bad .no varietyRoom too much smallYou have to put deposit of 50 euro .which not mentioned on the booking site Bad experience.

breakfast was good. Ruya And manager Aykut was amazing

Poor

very loud, in midnight the reception guys was loud on lauding with some girls.

Very small room.. reception staff very non friendly. Breakfast also very poor

Location is very good, hotel is very clean and tidy.

Rooms are very small.
