I was denied the entry to the property almost at the middle of the night due the fact that I did not have the marriage certificate available to show him which was the primary condition to check in ( full payment was submitted in advance at the time of booking) when I pointed out that you did not have the authority to check in as you only need passports to check in the professional guard physically attacked me and pushed me with full force on my CHEST unexpectedly and I fell off on my wife behind me who injured her shoulder pretty bad and she was in Istanbul on her medical surgery next morning.I left the hotel with official conveyance arranged by the Clinic where we need to go for surgery next morning and checked to another hotel by 2 am.I spoke to the police and advised to have a medical both for me and my wife to file a case but we were busy for next 8 days going through the surgical procedures. I am Canadian Citizen / US Green Card holder and reserve the right to go the embassies for assistance.

Hotel is old and outdated, warn not kept up. Location is great.

As the name says - this is an elegant hotel. Very clean hotel. Nice smell. Excellent customer serviceAnd right next to amenities and shops yet on a private road so peaceful and quiet. If you are visiting Sayyidina Abu Ayoub Al Ansari, this is the hotel to stay at. It is literally at the doorsteps of his Maqam.

Always love staying here! The staff treats us like family and it’s very convenient to Eyupsultan mosque, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this blessed location.

Booking.com told me I would get an invoice from the hotel, and the hotel refused to give me an invoice. I had to engage booking.com customer service to get my invoice.

Good location

Very poor facilities and worst was the bed bugs and other insects in the rooms. Our kids were bitten several times and developed rash and spots all over their bodies. We went to the pharmacy next door and they confirmed it was insect bites. We were looking forward to our first holiday in Turkey but disappointed.

This is the best hotel in Istanbul. Our family stayed here last year and again for the past two weeks. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. They do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. It’s also only a few minute walk to Eyup Sultan Mosque. Highly recommend and will be staying here again and every time we are in Istanbul. This place and staff are the best!

Not worth the price you pay. Room was small.Hotel amenities were very basic.Breakfast was very basic, Just a plate of simple breakfast items. unlike other hotels in Istanbul.Staff lack hospitality skills and looked very uninterested. They don't even smile.

The staff is very helpful! You are in the heart of Eyupsultan but the hotel is located in a quiet corner, so you can sleep peacefully.The rooms are standard, the bed are comfortable and AC works perfectly.

There's no vent or windows in the bathroom for air circulation.

Loved the location and convenience to the mosque and shopping. It was so easy to get around by walking and easy for taxi pick up/drop off also, right in front of the hotel.

The beds were comfortable.

The amenities were falsely advertised. We were told from Priceline, that they offered free breakfast, had shuttle service, and that they had a spa (Hamam) which included pictures of a jacuzzi, bathhouse, and sauna. They also said that they have a restaurant. However, they offer none of the above (despite pictures of their spa on the website and on their brochure). They do offer breakfast, but you have to pay for it, and trust me, there is a reason why they don't include pictures of their breakfast. We chose this site because of the amenities, but they did not offer any of them, so we were disappointed. As Muslims, we trust what the websites say we will be offered, but they did not offer any of them, which amounts to false/misleading advertisements. They should change their website and brochures to be more honest.

Location is close to Hz Eyup Sultan mosque with lots of shops hotels around.
