Otel is located in a nice place and its realy very clean . staff are very kind . especially Mr Kerim is a very nice man and also very responcible and kind person . Thanks for everything

They where very friendly and respectful kareem and ibrahim were so helpful and have a nice breakfast .

I like the price

I didn't like the youngest guy from the reception,he was very angry and agressive why i pay from diffrent card (my mother card) and reservate on my name...this was the first time that somebody ask me that...its a normal procedure, also the floor was not clean !

Location was good away from the crowd

Basic breakfast and facilities more suited to local visitors than tourists. Staff couldn’t really give much info about how to get to places and couldn’t be bothered to find that info out for you.

Its good nice hotel the staff also nice and polite and they were very helpfull specially Mr.Karim and Mr.Peyruz and also the hotel is 2min away from tram and tourist places

Liked the friendly staff Poyraz and Kerim who will solve any issues or find a solution to any needs you might have. This is my second time here. Felt very welcome.

The location is good

Hotel doesn't have lift. My room is on level 4, can you imagine how hard I reached my room.

Liked the staff particularly always friendly and helpful Kerim, others were helpful as well, but Kerim goes an extra mile.The location was perfect, and the room, not huge but good enough. Everything close by.

Nice location. Great for the price, really helpful staff. Great hospitality and reception by KERIM, the most helpful receptionist ever. Kerim spoke nice English, and paid attention to details to meet the customer's expectations.

Central location, wonderful friendly staff, clean and tidy and a nice breakfast. Kerim and the staff were very caring and helpful which was lucky for me as I had a few logistical problems to deal with. This was my second stay after returning from a walking trip on the south coast. Single rooms a perfect, they have everything you need in a compact affordable package. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, quite location in a central location right on the tram line.

Location of the hotel is good, if you´re staying in Fatih, in Istanbul. Opposite is the big supermarket, and 2 minutes walking distance is the tram T1 stop which takes you to many places of tourist interest (Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia Mosque and further. The staff in the hotel are friendly and they try to help with issues.

We booked two rooms in a hotel. One was a single room. The other one was a deluxe double room with wheelchair access. The hotel doesn't even have an elevator, the room was on the second floor climbing up steep spiral stairs. The rooms were the smallest I´ve ever stayed in, with the very narrow door to the bathroom. Absolutely not wheelchair access. The rooms are so small you don´t have anywhere to even put your suitcase or unpack your clothes. Hotel is very old looking, but the worst thing were the bathrooms. They are health hazard with horribly moldy shower tubs and walls. The shower tub was broken so when you run the shower, pool of water floods your whole bathroom, leaking from underneath the shower tub. We requested to change the room, which the hotel offered but we were also very busy with our hospital appointments and didn´t have time to look at the other rooms. The staff "fixed" the leaking problem with putting towels around the shower tub. Kind of helped a bit. The staff are nice and helpful, but only some of the receptionists speak English.Breakfast was worse than in hospital. Honestly. Not even worth staying in this hotel if you want to enjoy your breakfast. The selection was 3 bowls of olives, 1 type of cheese , 1 type of ham, boiled eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers. The worst breakfast selection I´ve seen. I went for breakfast once and never bothered again. We also booked a non-smoking room, but upon our arrival there was an ashtray in the bedroom. So clearly it wasn´t a non-smoking room. But the room didn´t smell of cigarettes.

It was really a great experience. Karim, the host at the reception, was super friendly and provided support for everything (also to teach how to use a turkish tea machine). The place is in a strategic position, the breakfast was good and in great amount, especially for solo travelers in turistic visiting I would recommend it as the best place to stay...

The people were very helpful. I was very tired and disoriented but Karin and the other staff were very helpful and understanding. I decided to rebook on my return. Breakfast was nice.

The property is clean and quiet and located near transport.
