Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu

I like the style, it's clean, the staff are helpful, the style of the hotel. But the breakfast it's not so great, and there is no TV guide, there is no many choices of English TV channels or movies

The breakfast is not so great, there is no TV guides, there is no many choices of English TV channels or movies.

pretty new building and pleasant complex

not a rich breakfast

The location is close to central tourist area & close to the Metro. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent but no live kitchen.

The facilities are dated. We paid for a Triple room and we were put up in a room overlooking a trashy plot. The marmara view were double rooms, felt I paid more for inferior rooms.

Near train station and the basketball arena.

Breakfast was only ok, no restaurants close.

The property is an excellent location far from the crowds but all the attractions are easily accessible by taxi within 15 min. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was full and diverse, the rooms were clean, I recommend staying in this hotel! It is a walking distance from the train or the Marmaray, there are numerous restaurants nearby!

Everything

Its not my first time in this hotel, its great value for money and nice hotel but this is the first time to get a room overlooking the schools football court where the kids are playing and are very loud till after 11 pm

Close to metro station.Free private parking, even in one night the parking was full and he had to park outside.

The breakfast is very poor, few options. In the last day of our stay a terrible smell was present in our room. We kept the window opened for few hours but the smell didn't disapear. The only option was to change the room.Air condition is working only if you setup to 16 degrees. Any other higher temperature brings only ventilation inside, no cold air.

The location and the staff.

The breakfast is poor. The dinner options are very expensive and limited choices. The rooms need deep cleaning.

Clean kind stuff good breakfast

The facility was clean and in a very nice place

There is no bell boy and no room service

the room was very clean! and it was the best! Staff were very nice and friendly. they handle the situation regarding our room very nicelyBreakfast was nice with multiple optionsAbsolutely recommended

Food quality (beside the breakfast) compares to their price wasn't very good and location of hotel wasn't the best thing

Overall good, but very serious privacy concernThe hotel was clean and generally pleasant. Rooms and bathrooms were small but tidy, just like the rest of the hotel. Breakfast had good variety but didn’t change much. Wi-Fi was great, and although the hotel is far from downtown, the metro station nearby made getting around easy.

However, a few days into our stay, reception told us our room was “too messy” to be cleaned and showed us a video of our room. This was shocking and felt like a huge invasion of privacy. As a woman who wears hijab, I found it extremely inappropriate that male staff were shown a video of our private space, where our personal items and clothing were visible. When I raised the issue, staff simply said they took it as evidence.. (for what? !!) and that the video was “private” and would not be published (????) — no formal apology or accountability. This made me feel very EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and I will not return. A clean hotel means NOTHING without respect for guest privacy. DISAPPOINTING. It makes me wonder about what other private things they have breached.

The hotel was excellent, but be aware of Booking.com's extra tax scams.

Booking platform didn't inform us that there will be a supplementary tax for the 2nd guest of each room, even if we chose 1 room for per couple from the beginning.

Excellent Location - A special train is available for this station to town centre (5 Minute walk) without rush

A substandard breakfast - In comparison to other Hampton's around the world.

It was clean, staff were accomodating and when I needed things late at night reception sent them straight to the room. Breakfast was great with good variety. Located a short walk to the Marmaray making it easy to get places. Within walking distance of a shopping mall outlet, pharmacies and other stores.

Very clean hotel, in a quite neighbourhood, convenient located near the metro station of Marmaray and U3 (T6) which leads you directly to city centre. Safe underground parking.

Breakfast is very poor with small choice.

Professional staff, cleanliness and good breakfast.

Good size of rooms, comfortable bed

Average breakfast, poor soundproof of rooms, also - not directly related to hotel - an awful taxi the receptionist called for me (old, damaged, dirty, not safe)

The hotel clean and the area was nice

No staff to help you abduct you will be responsible for the luggages in and out
