Rooms are nothing like pictures. They are much smaller and very shabby. Everything is broken. Faucet in bathroom very loose and "engineer" said he couldn't fix it ?. No television. Safe broken. It was horrible.

The location and the jacuzzi was big enough. The staff not kind.

The staff don’t know to speak english neither other language. They cannot help at all about the location or whatever you asked to them. It’s to expensive for a staff like that and condition.

The room size and the comfortness value for money was great.

There was hot water failure in the first morning which was fixed later in the same evening.

During my whole stay of 3 nights and 4 days they didnt have internet

?? Jetted jacuzzi was awesome! It had a cold fridge, coffee/tea maker would boil water in 90 sec, strong hot hair dryer, nice glass shower (the hot water never ran out and I take long?), and has a decent sized patio (fenced for privacy.) [Upper floors have balconies] The hotel was quiet, comfy, clean and had very nice staff who called taxis for me and even ordered food from outside to be delivered to my room since I don't speak Turkish. I enjoyed it for 10 days and payed for an extra night with no issues. A room of this size, a king size bed, egyptian threaded linens, with a jacuzzi would've cost much more but the location will keep it reasonably affordable for most travellers if they don't mind longer commutes.

Poor location (far away from the main city attractions and had very narrow allys leading to the hotel that even confused taxi drivers with their GPS. The room had great lighting except in the bathroom (hard to see myself in the mirror), the thermostat would change temp settings at times (kind of annoying to reset). Cityloft 24 had NO complimentary breakfast like their other locations (which wasn't specified on Booking.com).

Bad

I paid 135€ for 2 nights with a jacuzzi room which it was very small room and definitely double price for it's size.Shower didn't work properly balcony was narrow and uncomfortable chairs.I was really regretted i paid this amount for that room.It can only deserve maximum 25€ for each night.

I stayed for one night only, however I arrived to the place early in the morning even though the check in was from 14pm. I didn’t mind not being able to enter the room, but it would have been good if they had a spare room to leave the luggage. It stayed in the lobby the whole day till 11pm when I came back. Me and my friends were lucky that I know Turkish so we had a good communication with the staff, they do not speak any English. Good value for the money

The location was ideal for us, the balcony is a bonus especially for smokers.

The Wifi could of been better, the noise of the traffic was unpleasent.

It was small. Not clean, no bar or deli, or anywhere to get snacks within the hotel. No amenities. Very poor standard. Not clean, leak in bathroom. Will never return. No kitchen. Just a microwave. Nothing like other citylofts

Unhygienic rooms the beds are not clean, the hotel is not ideal for family mainly used for 1 night. I booked cityloft 24 however they never contacted me when i went to the hotel with the taxi i was told that the hotel has no hot water and told me i should stay at their other location which was cityloft 64. I paid for hotel with jacuzzi however i ended up in a normal standard room. The hotel toilet ceiling had a big hole which wasnt safe each time someone flushed the toilet the waste was dripping to shower and had a strong smell and the room light ceiling wasnt safe it was hanging the wires. Rooms walls was dirty had staines god knows what it is. They changed my room again and asked for refund told me i cant its booked either i stay or walk away very rude staff.

Good Jacuzzi

- Poor service.I was transfered to different hotel. Because in 24 didn't have hot water. I was transfered to hotel 64. During my check in they mistaked me with different person.In the end they fixed it. But still there was a lot problem with this.Hotel Stuff barely speak English.

Loved the jacuzzi and how big the room was! the design made it very comfortable to stay in the room, I actually really miss it know! there is also plenty of space to put your stuff and clothes to!

A whole body-sized mirror would be great in the room as I didn’t really like the small mirror in the bathroom. Couldn’t properly do my Make-up as the light wasn’t that good in the bathroom but that was not a big deal.

we really enjoyed the stay in this hotel although the location was far. The staff were very pleasant and service was 24 hours available which is really convenient for travellers.

the shower in the bathroom goes out of the cabin shower into the whole bathroom.

rooms have microwave and kettle. they had a sink for washing dishes.

Receptionists can't speak English. They don't bring your luggage to your room, you have to do it yourself. single tiny elevator. rooms were too dark. not enough space in lobby. telephone not working. cleaning staff enter your room without even knocking the door first. no restaurant/bar to order anything, finally, they have one type of soap, that they give to you to use as shampoo, soap & even washing your dishes with!
