Regard Hotel

no heating available in the room , bath room was not clean, sink was clogged.

Location wise its excellent, only drawback it is off from main street.

Overall, as per listed reviews, its seems exceptional but in reality it was not too good to be praised. Bathroom shower drain almost clog, even wash basin drain was somewhat clog, water draining at snail's pace.

The stuff was not helpful specially Ismaeil talked angry with us and did not help us for changing single bad backyard room

All the hotel location is very good, near to usman metro station, the staff hotel were very cooperative and friendly specially Ayhan

I loved the location, the staff, and the rooms.

Comfy and pleasant room with plenty of space, clean bed and adequate bathroom. Also a handy room service button panel. The AC was working and heated my room up to a nice temperature. The staff was helpful and welcoming. At the breakfast there's a large variety of meals you can choose. The location of the hotel is really good, everything you may need is in the waking distance.

Small balcony you can't enter and a dusty curtain with a hole in it. Also the room could use a little bit of renovation.

A/C did not work during my stay and there was no solution operated. In the morning one opened the secured balcony door.

The price and the quality don’t match. The cleanliness is horrible. No 4 starts. The ratings on the booking.com were deceiving. The rooms were small. The area is not all that.

Very nice hotel, the location is perfect very close to Osmanbey metro station, the staff are helpful, gentle and very welcoming especially Ismail in the reception a nice guy and always at your service. Good quality Price ratio compared to nearby hotels !

This is the worst hotel I ever been to , the smell is very bad , the receptionist is very rude and without manners. He is a thief , i don't recommend anyone to book with the hotel , his name is ismaeel

I had a wonderful experience at this private hotel. The location is perfect, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The level of service was truly impressive.

It's all good ?

Amazing location which was close to almost everything. The front fest staff Ismail and Ayhan delivered exceptional service and they were very friendly. They attended to all our requests and assisted us the best way they could. When we asked them to change our room to a bigger one, they did it without any hesitation which made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

Great location! Lots of bars, restaurants and local shops. Staff is very helpful and the room was of good size and clean. Thanks!

The staff are very polite and friendly including cleaning staff, they let us check in early which I very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and the street is safe and close to the osmanbey metro station and Lotus walk. Special thanks to Ayhan and the other two guys at the reception (not sure what their names are). I will stay here again.

The breakfast could be improved, not many options and the breakfast area has no natural lighting.
