Nice hotel, wide room and fantastic view

Personnel at check in was not too kind and polite for that price. Man just did his work, but no kindness and attantion to visitor. Man at check out did everything well, thanks to him

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, which truly made the stay feel special. The room was very spacious, especially thanks to the impressive high ceiling of around four meters, giving it a spectacular feel and view. It was both cozy and luxurious, and the food was also excellent.

My stay at the Sheraton Grand Istanbul Ataşehir was far below 5-star standards.• Food poisoning from the breakfast buffet – hygiene was unacceptable and several items were handled without proper safety procedures.• Misleading bar billing – a simple Campari Spritz was charged as separate items without informing me, resulting in an unreasonable bill and no refund or proper receipt.• Gym poorly maintained – damaged equipment and no basic amenities.Overall, serious issues with hygiene, transparency, and service. This hotel does not reflect Marriott’s standards.

No AC!

This hotel does not have proper in-room AC, despite advertising as if they do. What they actually have is a central cooling system controlled by the hotel, and it never cooled my room below 23.5°C.Even when I set the thermostat to 18°C, the system kept shutting itself off. The room was constantly warm and uncomfortable. I specifically choose five-star hotels because I like to sleep in a cold room and expect proper air conditioning, this was one of my main reasons for booking here.When I complained, staff first tried to make excuses, but eventually admitted that the central cooling system simply isn’t strong enough to cool the rooms properly.This is misleading advertising. Be aware: if you expect real AC, you won’t get it here.

Perfect location, clean, friendly and helpfull team. Close to restaurant and coffee shops.

staff was extremely kind and caring. They have done their best to make us pleased with our stay. room was big and very cleanone night our daughter had to stay with us. We did not have to pay any extra charge and extra bed was organized immediately although it was late at night. Shuttle to airport was very good and came on time. The small payment issue with the shuttle company has been solved by Mustafa Kemal in a very practical way.

on the day of check out, water from shower floor has flooded to toilet area. Right after we informed the staff they have noted and immediately informed the technical team.

The service and the facilities are a 10/10. The service was also very good and the staff was super polite and helpful

The location is not the best. For me it was perfect because I was close to the local office but if you're doing sightseeing then is way too far from everything and due to the awful traffic the city has, is just not a good choice

The only big fault for locals is their TV system doesn’t include channels that publish in opposite view against government. No Now, Sozcu, Halk Tv! They don’t have any facility on the roof such as restaurant, bar or cafe.Their lobby bar is average at most.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. Here’s a breakdown:Reception: The receptionist was polite but not particularly engaging & understandable.Restaurant: The food in the main restaurant was excellent, with the chefs clearly skilled and attentive. Breakfast stood out with its wide variety and delicious options.Rooms: The rooms were clean, and my high-floor room offered a nice view. However, I feel more attention to detail in cleaning would be beneficial. Despite this, the hotel overall smells fresh, and areas like the foyer and elevators are spotless.Pool and Gym: The pool was large, clean, and not crowded, with a pleasant temperature. The gym was also well-equipped and enjoyable to use.Spa: The spa center didn’t quite meet my expectations. While the sauna was decent, the overall spa experience lacked variety and didn’t feel as comprehensive as I hoped.Staff: The main restaurant staff were extremely polite and attentive, as were the chefs. Their hospitality added a lot to the stay.Parking: Convenient on-site parking was available, which is always a plus.In summary, this hotel has a lot to offer, with clean facilities, excellent food, and a great pool and gym.Thank you for the hospitality!

However, the spa could use improvement, and a bit more attention to cleaning the rooms would enhance the experience.
