The staff spoke very good English and were easy to understand. Everyone was polite and helpful, and whenever we needed something in the room, they assisted us right away. The breakfast was great with a good variety.We initially booked a city view room, but it was very loud. After we mentioned this, they kindly moved us to a garden view room, which was much quieter, and they also offered us complimentary breakfast. Overall, the staff handled the situation professionally and made our stay more comfortable.

The location is absolutely perfect, breakfast is nice, it covers everything, the eclectic vibe of the hotel is amazing. Most of all, the staff was the best of the best. Especially Cihan, who helped us on the 31st of December, that was more than anyone could imagine posible, thank you so much, once again!

Location is great, easy walking distance to bus stops and tram stops. My wife and Ioved the high ceiling room and sitting nook/reading nook overlooking the street. Staff was amazing, accommodating, and helped with delayed baggage from my flight. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole hotel was picturesque and aesthetic.

Street was a bit loud, but that was anticipated given the booking location, and the staff provided earplugs which ended up really not being needed. Not really a negative, if you book this beautiful stay you should already know this in advance.

Hotel is right on pedestrian Istiklal Road that almost never sleeps. Shops and restaurants stay open till late...very late. From the room we could hear the music of nearby clubs...but we were too tired from the busy day so it did not disturb our sleep!Breakfast is excellent. The lady resident chef prepares all the food, biscuits and cakes. Super delicious and she's the sweetest lady :)

The building itself is beautiful, the story behind it. The cleaning staff were very kind and thoughtful.

there was a very noisy neighbor - night club, just across the street, where the music was loud, that I had feeling of standing right in the middle of the club, and it continued till 5 a.m.!!! Imagine being there with kids, who can’t sleep!!! When the reservation was made, I pointed, that I am staying with kids! Two nightmare nights later I asked to switch the room for quieter one, the proposed room was smaller with no apologies or what so ever. I don’t know, but I had a feeling from the stuff of not taking that much care for their guests to feel comfortable. If you like it or not you can check out with no refund - very controversial attitude! And the breakfast - all 7 days the same meal selection! If you come late, and there is not much food left - it is your problem, you should get up earlier and be fast as possible to get food for yourself

The location is great as it is right in the middle of Istiklal Street in Beyoglu. This location has its downside as well, as there is a club across the building, at the same floor/height as our room. So the music is blaring until 4:00 am. The building is beautiful, and it certainly was renovated well, but there is a small flight of stairs that might be an issue if you have a lot of luggage. Also, being in Istiklal, the car hire cannot drop you in front of the hotel, there would be a short walk towards it.

I can't really say I didn't like anything. It was a small hotel, which means there is a level of personal service involved--though one feels they are a bit short-staffed, as when we went up for a drink to check out the famed bar, there was no one there to serve us. This was a shame because the bar looks fantastic.

The hotel is absolutely charming — beautifully designed with elegant vintage details that make you feel like you’re staying inside a European movie set. The location is perfect, just steps away from Istiklal yet peaceful inside. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and cozy. The breakfast and overall ambiance were both exceptional — truly a boutique gem in the heart of Beyoğlu.

The only downside was that the wooden floors squeak a little when you walk, but it’s a small thing compared to the overall lovely experience.

The best hotel I stayed in Istanbul, me and my mom were so happy. There is a museum inside the hotel and the room was exceptional. Every single detail is art! I really liked the bathroom, it was luxurious and so was the comfort of the bed. The breakfast area with the rooftop.

The night club across the street, but it’s nobody’s fault.I wish orange juice was available at breakfast.

The place is really nice, the staff are very helpful and will make sure you have a comfortable stay, the location is amazing (you are right in the action), the bed is comfortable and the pillows are clean and don’t smell. Breakfast is tasty and fresh, and the restaurant is pleasant. The hotel and staff are supportive to families with children (especially babies).We always book here when we visit Istanbul and always a pleasure.

Just for light sleepers (not an issue for me) the area is noisy and need to consider such fact.

The bed linens were absolutely wonderful (that's really important to me). The room was beautiful ... wood floors in a herringbone layout, tall ceilings and velvet curtains. I could go back to talking about the linens again .... exceptional.

There was nothing to dislike.

GORGEOUS property, well equipped, great staff, clean, elegant can’t rave enough about it. Upgraded our room for my birthday.

Nothing that the hotel can control but the noise of Istiklal street nightlife establishments until 6 am every night got to be unbearable. The hotel does provide headphones and a note about this, and as it was our first time in Istanbul we were not aware of just how loud it would be - the bar across the street is not just playing music inside but instead its speakers face out into the street, presumably to draw people inside.

Excellent location, beautiful building. I selected the premium room facing the back of the street, and it was really quiet and pleasant during the night. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I loved discovering the common areas of the hotel, just like a museum. Definitely consider when in Istanbul.

Beautiful, aesthetic and atmospheric hotel in the centre of Istiklal Street - super convenient for transport, dining and sights. Staff friendly and helpful and delicious cocktails in the beautiful art deco roof top bar. A cute little museum outline history of the building and paying tribute to the artistic associations with the place was a really nice touch.

Low lighting - I know it’s atmospheric and mood inducing but I could barely read my book at night so perhaps one strong lamp needs to be added as an extra for those that need it.

This property is brilliant, I loved the design and beautiful communal spaces. It can be noisy in the evening because of the location. The staff were exceptional and took care of everything.

Mr. Cas is a unique and special hotel with a rich history and an artsy design. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Istiklal street. The team was helpful and supportive. Will recommend to others
