Glamour Hotel Istanbul Sirkeci

The front desk staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. It was my first time with Glamour Hotel, but it wont be the last.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, house keeping staff are very polite and helpful The terrace restaurant have a breath taking view over the city, specially at night, breakfast and dinner with hookah is really speciall.

Excellent location to city center with lots of shops, restaurants and nearby walking distance options. Staff was super helpful and friendly ! It also has a super nice rooftop restaurant view and the food is great.

Rooms could be updated & they are smaller than appear on pictures.

No American tv channels.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the staff they were all incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish.I especially want to mention Yunus and Orhan, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Honestly, every staff member was exceptional and made me feel very comfortable.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.10/10

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We reached the hotel very early in the morning at around 9:00 AM, and to our surprise, the staff immediately offered us early check-in without making us wait at all. This kind of service is very rare and shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort.All the staff members were extremely kind, polite, and friendly. Their warm attitude made us feel very welcome, as if we were at home. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed.A special mention goes to the hotel manager, who was incredibly cooperative, professional, and supportive. He made sure that everything was perfect during our stay and was always available to assist us. His positive attitude truly reflects the high standards of this hotel.The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in a very lively area, close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and all important places. Everything is nearby and easy to reach, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.Overall, this hotel offers outstanding service, a great location, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and excellent hospitality. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The location is perfect, the view in the rooftop was amazing, the staff was nice, and the room is clean.

The breakfast can be better, the room is small (but like the most hotel in Istanbul), it was construction in front of the hotel, was hidden the view from our room.

Nothing special

Stuff rude dealing with online booking. They treat us badly when we arrive hotel. The stuff name Asim was seriously has aggressive personality towards Arab people. We advise the hotel manager check the their stuff carefully . Never try the hotel again

Location was very central. Tram 1 station was next door that connects you to SultanAhmet and any other major attraction. Staff was very helpful, all of them, very kind and very honest. Their transfer service from airport is very good considering the price and that you get a van all by yourself which is helpful if you have more than 3-4 luggages or are more than 3-4 people. The staff decorated our room and gave our little two kids some small llokum box and even wrote their names in their beds in a piece of paper to welcome and surprise them. The dinner cruise with the company they work with, for the price we got it, was a steal and very nice. Breakfast was great and at roof top where you can see Istanbul even in winter as it was covered by plastic or glass and you can eat while you see Istanbul wake up. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of food, they also can do eggs anyway you wish on the spot. Staff of the restaurant, like that of the reception, is very kind and very helpful. They have there also a restaurant on the same spot, open until 11 or 11.30pm, which is helpful if you come late and dont want to wonder around for food. And the food of resturant was very good as well. It may be one of the few restuarants on a rooftop.

Family rooms, which are two and in 2nd floor, are small. The heater is kn all the time and it is central. Even theough they have installed thermostat control in each room, they dont work as it is controlled centrally. We couldn't sleep without leaving the window open all night as it was very hot for us and even harder when you need to cool off two rooms with one window. I heard a guest complain he was cold. So, they really should let everyone control their own temperature. These were the onmy two negatives, but then you have to account for the oerfect location and the economical price. Dont expect a fancy hotel level of comfort if you are paying an economical price and you get a very functional that completes around 80-90% of your needs. But if comfort is the main priority, AC/heater personally controlled and big rooms, especially if you are 4 people, and want everything else Glamour Sirkeci has to offer, then you have to pay up more.

The room service was extremely disappointing. We stayed on the 7th floor near the restaurant, and while the outside noise was manageable, it was quite loud as we were in the center of the noise. Our reservation included breakfast, but the smell from the restaurant was unpleasant, so we chose not to have breakfast at the hotel. Additionally, when we approached the counter to ask about weight or other services, our first impression was that the staff couldn't speak or understand English. However, we realized they knew English very well once they needed to offer additional services.

Centrally located near train and transportation hubs. Short walks to Sultanamet and Bizantine ruins. Great rooftop restaurant, exceptional staff and service. Neighbor to other great restaurants, locations, and attractions.

What I liked the most was the people! The staff are extremely nice and respectful, especially the reception team and the cleaning staff. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. Even the young men working at the reception were so kind and polite — they really made my stay comfortable and welcoming.

The first day I arrived, my driver didn’t come to pick me up even though it was supposed to be arranged, so I had to take another taxi and pay by myself. Also, the food prices felt a bit high and sometimes not consistent. But everything else during my stay was good. But the menu don’t have price and also it’s feel bad when you ask about the price too!?

Good hotel. Perfect location. Wonderful people, crew is helpful and friendly. Has everything that you need. Breakfast is good and filling with beautiful view. We would stay here again.

Location, room view, room size

The noise! The room at the top is next to the restaurant and one floor above is the rooftop terrace. The noise of the chairs and tables on the floor starts at 7 AM and finishes at 1 AM.Book lower floor and everything will be fine.

Location was perfect and staff was very helpful as well, specially Yunus at the reception was really helpful in getting us the rooms and airport pick up and drop off.

You will not be dropped or picked up from front of the hotel ..... little bit of walk with your luggage, not a difficult one but keep that in mind.

All the staffs were very friendly and kind. The location was very good, it is located next to Sirleci station. I could not sleep well on the 1st night because of the smell of cigarettes. But the reception changed and upgrade myroom and offered breakfast without any charge. They tried to provide me with the most comfortable service as much as they could. So I got along well for the rest of my stay.
