Staff were very friendly and helpful! Beds were comfortable and shower was nice and hot. I liked the small balcony we had. The price was good compared to other places for the area we wanted.

The building needs some renovation. Had some flickering lights in hallway. The bathroom was too cramped with an open shower. The room could have been cleaner.

It was very clean and quite large room, i like location and frendly staff?

Not internet in the bedroom. Room 303. Expensive +30 dollars for a single bed. The water coming down from other bathroom was very noise in the room's bathroom.

We spent more then 2 months here. Everything was perfect, and the people from the hotel were like our family. Special thanks to Okan and Sherife. They made our stay even better and the feeling was like we were at home! Thank you very much for everything! Hope to see you again next year! ?

Everything was perfect! Excellent location, close to the shops, buses and metro. The hotel is small, clean and comfortable, and price/quality ratio was perfect. Staff are welcoming and helpful, but special thanks to Okan and Sherife. They made our stay even better. We will come again very soon. ?

The location was great, pretty save, and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff was efficient, and the communication was great. The Room size was ok with a nice balcony if unwanted to smoke. The AC was potenten and the bathroom was fully equipped.

The bathroom had a bad smell when I got in. The floor of the room was sticky, but they cleaned and was better. But the bathroom, I think it has a pipe problem, so I needed to leave windows open all the time.

I liked the attitude of the hotel staff towards me, 3 friendly guys maintained the atmosphere of the hotel, the pastel room was clean and warm?

Only positive aspect is, it being close to city center and the price tend to be cheap but you get what you pay for

To start first, I was denied a paiment with a mastercard over and over though the card was used as garantee for the reservation and it was valid and had money. This hotel only insists on getting cash.Second the location of this hotel, you have to cross sharp hills to reach it so if you are not in ur best shape, don’t book thereThird point the rooms get to be moldy and it’s not recommended for people with asthma or allergy or breathing problems.And last but not least some of their personal tend to be disrespectful (a girl friend of mine was annoyed by one of them)

Holes in the towels, cramped bathroom, the laminate in front of the bathroom was literally in pieces and you trip over the pieces, hair and uncleaned bathroom, the staff didn't speak English and we got along with google translate( all duty staff for 3 shifts)
