I have been yo this property multiple times during the last 5 years, its very convenient place to live with family surrounded with all required facilities. It’s recommended for travelers with their own car hence its pit far from Taqseem and othe place. Its have good access to travel to bursa and sabiha airport.Shopping Mall is next door walking distance only.

Noting worth to mention

I loved everything about it. The location was great and the rooms were moderate in size and clean. It was a comfortable stay for my family.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and professional, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.Special thanks to Mrs. Fatmanur, who takes care of room cleaning — she is fast, efficient, and always very helpful whenever we needed any assistance.Overall, it is a place we strongly recommend and would happily stay at again.

Staff at the front desk / reception, restaurant, cleaning, pool, were all fabulous! Master bedroom bed was terrific - huge size, great for 2 people to sleep very comfortably and without waking each other when turning in bed. Location is good, beside a mall with decent eating establishments and shops, including a grocery store. We rented two 2-bedroom apartments for our stay, due to our family size. The front desk was able to get the apartments that were adjacent - much appreciated.

Wifi was very good, but you will have to re-enter your password for your phone each time you return to your room. Not an issue and did not negatively impact our rating - just wanted to mention this.

The staff Kivan and Shaaref were both great and provided exceptional service. The apartment was spacious and view from the 39th floor was amazing.

The pillows were a bit firm and little unfortable, other than that there were no issues!

good location , exelent sorounding, good view

every thing was ok

First of all, Mr. Sharef at the reception was super helpful, generous and always available to offer useful information and assistance. We had a good time with our family at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a nice view of the city. The hotel is close to a shopping center with lots of different shops, which is very good.

Although we had a great city view from the 41st floor, the windows were not clean enough to fully enjoy it. In addition, some kitchen and home appliances in our room, such as the dishwasher, microwave, water boiler and TV did not work properly and would benefit from regular maintenance.

Good experience. very centrally located.

Personal kit like tooth brush and body lotion availability.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is perfect for a family of four, spacious and comfortable. It was quite clean, though I feel the unit could have been prepared a little earlier. But honestly, the best part was the view! So peaceful and quiet, exactly the kind of environment our family loves for a vacation.

What I didn’t like was that the unit was prepared a little late, and when we arrived the floor was still wet and a bit sticky and there was a cigarette smell when we switched on the AC. Even so, the staff was really kind and polite, she apologized sincerely and even served us some çay and biscuits, which made us feel much better. That small gesture really meant a lot.

Location, free parking, friendly staff, quality of the amenities and the place. Almost everything

The only problem we had was a stench of the bathroom especially in the morning time

1. Great customer service especially receptionists .very receptive. They assisted me with many queries.2. Lovely rooms and they gave us good view to the city: Çamlıca Mosque, bosphorous bridge and Çamlıca tower.3. Good area with facilities.

Housekeeping people are great but in busy times they take lobger.

I'd like to thank the desk manager and staff where cooperation and welcoming. The location was perfect close to Akyaka Mall.

Everything about this hotel was superb. The staff were extremely helpful and fluent in English. The amenities in the apartment were complete. The hotel was also next to a mall with lots of nearby restaurants. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The washer dryer was so convenient to have. The dishwasher had a bit of a leak on the floor though towards the end of the cycle.Getting to the nearest metro station required a short taxi trip. One of the twin beds' mattresses needed changing as it sunk quite deep in.

The hotel is amazing..staffs are outstanding and kind…was given a free upgrade after my return from the hospital…excepti

Very professional and forthcoming. Pure 10 for that! Room service changed sheets and towels daily. Even folded clothing that they found laying around the apartment. Thank you for that. ?

Windows could have been cleaned. It was nowhere noted that EV charger is not hotel property, and was a paid one belonging to ZES company. We were told that after charging, vehicle should be removed, but there were same cars every evening blocking stations for the whole night, although their charging finished. That should be better sorted. But overall a minor discomfort, that didn't ruin our stay by any mean.

the rooms are clean and quiet . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The water was bit cold in swimming pool and i think there was no Jacuzzis working

The view was nice from the top floor

Hotel room fridge didn’t work, iron leaked, no English channels on the TV children got bored, kids play room has broken toys inside, when asked the reception for colour paper and swimming pool cold water, breakfast not very good scramble eggs had shell in them.

The staff were very unfriendly and the service was very slow and bad. They even do not help and take your luggage to the room. Simply no one wants to help and provide you any service in this hotel.
