Good location; friendly staff

I didn’t mind it but there’s noise. What I really missed was a smart TV with an internet connection. The breakfast was mediocre at best.

The location was absolutely fantastic! So close to so ma y things. I absolutely love the area (Pera) The staff were so so kind!

The pillows were old, the curtains are old too.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel and we will never choose any other hotels, the location is perfect, the staff are so friendly and dealing with us like family, we feel really in home❤️ the room size is perfect for couples. I visited Istanbul so many times and this was the best hotel that I will never choose any other hotel again than this.

The hotel is in a central location and offers convenient access to public transportation, numerous shops, and restaurants. Galata Tower is a 15-minute walk, and Taksim Square is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The accommodations were satisfactory considering the price, and the staff, particularly Mihriban and Naci, provided us a nice and helpful service.

We were a bit disappointed that the rear-facing balcony offered no view, only a wall with some greenery, and that the bathroom, especially the shower, was unclean. We also found the breakfast repetitive.

It was spacious, well equiped and the breakfast was delicious everyday! The appartment was on the third floor, I slept well and the place is in the Galata city center. Well connected to every part od Istanbul.

My partner brought ear plugs for noise cancellation during the night, so you should prepare if you wake up easily.

Lovely hotel perfect location

Matress was very dirty with a stain don't want to think what it was and sheets were stained also need to scrap the blue pillows as this unhygienic

I stayed here in 2020 and rated it highly for the service and accommodation received. The location is great. I was surprised with the decline of service and facilites.

Staff mainly not speaking foreign languages, so I couldn't explain what the problem was. I was given a top floor room, lift is available to the floor below. The round stairs going to the room are too narrow and with nothing to hold on, so carrying anything is a safety hazard.The bathroom was dirty with mould, towels seemed washed but were full of stains. The sheets were burned by a cigarette presumably and also stained a bit. I got to an English speaking staff member on day two and found there were no rooms available to change at the time. I was offere to return midday to see if there were any cancellations, but had a planned schedule and could not return at that time.I'm normally really easy on the breakfast, but it was really disappointing.As a returning guest, I was very disappointed to be given this room, since the photos showed multiple rooms on the reservation and I could not see the specific room I reserved.

Feels rusty and dirty all the time, its not cleaning ladies issues just hotel needs a bit of an upgrade

only thing good about this hotel was the location.

you could literally hear everyone in every room in the hotel like they’re in the same room. the towels weren’t clean (they had red and brown stains) the balcony has no purpose since it’s inside the hotel. the balcony door fell on me as soon as I opened the door. the bed sheets smelled bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The hotel was within walking distance to the Galata Tower. Approx. 10 min ride to the Bazaar.The room was slightly dim due to the few bulbs not working.Local breakfast options was offered. Overall stay was comfortable and convenient.

Perhaps to check on the lightings in the rooms since not all of it is working.Fresh towels are available, but they may have been slightly old with few loose threads.I guess location might be inconvenient for taxi drivers to drop off (this is just based on my experience taking the taxi)

I have stay in this hotel 4 years ago and loved the location, the staff are polite, the room is clean and nice. The location is at a corner away from İstiklal Street, a little quieter than on the main street. Tons of shops and restaurants close by. it's situated between two metro station (Taksim and Sishane).. There are bus stops close by too.

This is a tough one because it's beyond the control of the hotel and staff. I stayed on the 2nd floor ( 1 above the ground level) There is a bar downstairs and it played loud music until after 2 am. I am a light sleeper and I couldn't sleep because I felt and heard the bass through the wall. I asked to swtch room but they were full. I ended up checked out the next day and cut short my 4 nights there. The staff was nice and said they have a different room for me the next day but I just didn't feel like moving back and forth. The 3 nights I didn't stay were not refundable so I cut my loss there.

I was in Istanbul many times.. in this hotel I have the bast vocation of all times . The staff was very friendly and polite and polite… I really enjoyed all the 11 days I had been there..

The noise at night is insane. It’s unreal how loud it is, good luck sleeping. When I went to ask to change rooms at 3am the staff said no rooms available. When I went down at 9am to see the manager he put in a room further away from the road which helped. But the staff at 3am lied to me even though I was clearly desperate to sleep

Hotel has perfect location, close to Istiklal street and metro station. Penthouse was perfect, view from our room was amazing. Rooms were regularly cleaned and staff was helpful and kind. All recommendations.

I liked the room and the staff

I didn't like the breakfast would have liked a bit more continental breakfast. it was mainly Turkish breakfast.

not comfortable, dated, towels and bed were old and not comfortable, noisy outside, breakfast was basic. Room could’ve been cleaner.

Receptionister, Room boy and all personal including kitchen lady are very polite, service minded and pleasant looking with care about us during our stay.

Noicy during the night outside the hotel because there are many bars and restaurants very closer to our hotel.
