Modus Hotel Istanbul

Great customer service from all of the staff and great location with plenty of shops around

It’s on a really steep hill but aside from that everything was perfect

I think the Hotel was amazing, the staff was so nice and helpful always available 24/7. very comfortable beds. 10/10 i will be coming back. I had a surgery and stayed at this hotel, they treated me very good. loved it

I would say the only negative part is that there is a long upward hill that is a bit tiring.

Breakfast was decent but repetitive

Housekeeping was not done properly, bedding was not comfortable and the area was hilly ariund the hotel.

location is nice, very nice area; staff was very nice and helpful while I was there; decent breakfast

unfortunately I had some request after I left such as to mail me the invoice and to check for a dress I left there but I received no reply.a bit too noisy: from the street you hear all the cars and very loud music. The staff decided to clean the room near mine with vacuuming loudly at 7 am....

Food was fresh and good

Unfortunately I paid twice For the hotel. Please pay attention when you are paying at the counter in the hotel. I paid through “booking.com” and than hotel charged me again. I am waiting for the response more than one month .

The rooms were very spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

There is a slight smell of smoke in the rooms.

Excellent reception specially the senior gentleman receptionist who help us a lot in many needs that made our trip to Turkey successful , really much appreciation goes to them.

Very well arrangement

Bad

Elevator was broken, property was dirty, not as in the pictures

Staff is very friendly and always there to help

Rooms are very small but clean

Staff were friendly

I booked a room with one bed, and they switched it to two single beds. The bed was not comfortable. Room wasn't clean. Furniture is very old. Bathroom needs renovation.

The staff Omar and Engin. They were dealing nice and friendly with us since arrived hotel.

the price of hotel

I really like the staff, cleanliness, location and especially breakfast ?. Thank you so so much for everything! It wasn't my first time and last time. ?

The hotel is Shabbat friendly. 1 minute walk from Chabad House. Great location.very friendly staff

Staff was fantastic and went out of their way to help accommodate. Location is also very good, close to bustling neighbourhood and public transport links.

The AC did not work across the hotel and it was boiling hot in the room. The room itself was a bit dusty. Breakfast was unimpressive, but you can get by.

The Location is greatThe staff is very friendlyThey gave us connecting rooms when we asked for it and early check in

There is nothing that we didnt like in our stayExcept that the breakfast hasA limited choices

I didn’t enjoy the stay at all ! Made my trip worse

I wasn’t given the rooms I booked sand I had a baby and made sure they knew I did ! We had to move all around rooms all night which was disturbing to me and my family !!

location

the property too old AC not cool

The staff are pleasant and always willing to help, especially Ali. The location is very good and in a nice neighborhood. The standard rooms are a bit small for two people but the family rooms are quite spacious. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Modus.

The size of the standard rooms. It’s cozy for one person but a bit tight for two.

The breakfast was not as expected and not much choices

The hotel hallway was not clean and towels were very old and damaged .

It was a short walk to the American hospital. The facilities were very good. The staff were amazing .I had many interesting discussions with Ali,the night manager .The managers were both very flexible in extending our booking due to the ill health of my father. They were truly supportive and empathetic.

No issues at all.
