AC Hotel Istanbul Macka

Was clean, and felt safe

There was no Air conditioning

I've stayed at this hotel for couple of times. This is a very nicely located hotel. It is close to Besiktas and Nisantasi and its new.

During a prior stay in my room smelled like smoke. I told the reception, they said they will air out the room. This time I checked in, the room once again had an unpleasant smell. It is very unfortunate for the quality of this hotel to go down.

Helpful staff, good location

The room need to be more clean

Location and breakfast

Management and desk personnel, did not respect the deals and arrangements agreed by phone or face to face communication. They were making mistakes when calculating payments and would overcharge up to 100$ by mistake! very bad communication!, even rude!

View, design.

Location, amenities, cost/value.

The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.

Room cleanliness needed more attention.

Everything

The staff are very kind and helpfull Not too much rooms in each floor which make it quite hotelLocation

No coffee machine in the roomsThe noise between the rooms i can hear my neighbors talkingsNo weight scale in the room and when ask for it they bring it to me but after a while they ask for it becouse another person requested it

Clean

Every thing, location, employee

Room space and cleanlines. Location is nice but in a descending spot that might not be easy for old people or ones suffering from knees or back problems. No much varieties in breakfast.

Exaggerated price and location of the room is in downward or minus floors. Did not really feel the staff friendliness.

If you need a great place to stay in Istanbul within a reasonable budget, be it for business or leisure, look no further — unless you are willing to pay 2-3x for a luxurious resort.Don’t be deceived by its 4* badge. AC Hotel Macka is a new and very comfortable property that upholds to the highest standards of hospitality industry and dwarfs multiple pseudo-5* noname hotels Istanbul is plagued with.Upscale location, clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms, attentive English-speaking staff, etc., etc.

Buffet breakfast could benefit from more variety.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel!•The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.•Housekeeping did a fantastic job — my room was spotless and felt like I had just checked in every day.•Room service was quick, and the food was absolutely delicious.•The bed was very comfortable, with high-quality pillows and sheets that made for a great night’s sleep.•Towels were also very clean and fresh.•I really liked the location — it’s quiet, yet surrounded by cozy cafés and grocery shops. This hotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit to Istanbul!

I stayed at AC Hotel in Istanbul for 6 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The stay was amazing, and the team at the reception made it even better. I would especially like to thank Naif, Tolga, and Denzia— they were extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. Their hospitality and respectful attitude stood out and made me feel right at home. Also, I’d like to mention a lady from the laundry team — I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Her warmth and positive attitude really left a great impression.I truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

nice staff

smells like smoke, everywhere and internet was unusable.

Extremely friendly staff, great rooms, great breakfast, fantastic location

The only issue are the walls between the rooms and the corridors that do not really provide noise insulation

Non

- Good location, close to vapor stops and about 15 min walk to tram station.- walking distance to selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, etc..- modern and comfortable furnitures.

- wi-fi connection is very weak and bad, had to use my data to access most sites and social media platforms.- due to popular location, it can get noisy around night time especially on weekends.- very high value for money

Me and my wife stayed 5 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Very clean, modern, helpful staff. Location eas also great. We like walking, almost walked everywhere, Istiklal, Taksim, Dolmabahce, Nishantashi, Ortakoy all of them are in walking distance. There a lot of cafe and restaurants nearby where young people hang out.

Nothing :)

Modern and clean roomsLocation is very nice and safe

Internet was not sufficient for my work, I need to use my 5G data connection.
