Great location, easy to get to most anywhere in the old city.

Room could have been better; walls are pretty thin, and not everything in the room works. Lots of outside noise coming in, and probably your noise is heard by those otuside as well. Staff were friendly but not always most informed.

The location is great.

The hotel is a little dated and doesn’t quite look like the photos online. Breakfast could be improved, as the variety was limited and the items weren’t labelled, which made it hard to know what they were. The staff were generally polite, though not always attentive. Each morning the receptionist had videos playing at a noticeable volume while guests were having breakfast nearby, and guests were also expected to clear their own dishes (he could help with that, for example). These things made the experience less comfortable than it could have been.

Great budget stay in the heart of Istanbul!The location and price ratio is probably the best you can imagine — just a 5-minute walk to the very heart of the city. The hotel is small, which is actually a big plus — cozy and quiet.Breakfast was included. It’s very simple and basic, but everything was fresh and tasty — exactly what you need to start the day. There was unlimited access to tea, coffee, and water, which was also a nice touch.The rooms are tiny, yes, but honestly — we weren’t there to sit in the room, we were out exploring the city! It’s perfect for a good night’s sleep after a busy day.If you're looking for a budget-friendly place in the city center, this is definitely the right spot. The staff was super friendly and helpful — they even lent me a phone charger for my entire 4-day stay. Thank you so much!

Almost everything was good, apart the smell of nicotine in the corridors

Everything. The hotel is rather small, with small rooms, but has everything that a couple needs. Very close to all major sights, calm and peacefull place. Breakfast decent. Rooms clean and being cleaned every day. Staff very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Great location and excellent service! Great value for the money! Strongly recommend this place! The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good! If we come back to Istanbul, we would choose this hotel again! :)))

Property was in an amazing location. There was a lift and breakfast was standard European style. The staff were amazing and were super accommodating and were able to provide early check in and couldn’t help enough with any questions I can. The shower has great pressure and water was so hot during the cold weather. The room was basic and whilst clean, could have done with a good scrub. The noise was standard for accommodation in a bustling city centre and didn’t stop the light sleeper I am from sleeping well.I highly recommend ?

The breakfast was really great in the morning (a huge buffet with lots of options), the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic! Also water, coffee and tea were available for free all day and the shower was great!

The rooms were very small and the bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs through the mattress, and a double bed was two twins put together so you could feel the space in between the mattresses.

not really like the bed. the bed is so stiff. there is TV but out of order, breakfast is good, staff is good, location is fairly good, walking distance to sultanahmet station.

the bed is just too sickening as the rubber stiff and can feel spring coil. oh dear! please change a new one! it is two single beds that combined into queen bed. the TV is out of order.

I like that this hotel is in the centre of attractions we can walk to the nearby spots.

There was no kettle or wastebasket in the room and the room is really small for the price and the hotel is completely congested.

It was close to the centre, and there were many shops and places nearby. Also close to the tram. Adequate breakfast included.

Location

The only remarkable thing about this hotel is their airport pick-up; though expensive at 35 Euros, the car was top-notched clean and presentable.That is all where the first impression ended.The receptionist is efficient and friendly. Thanks, Ahmed, for waiting for us to arrive at the hotel at almost 4 am.We stayed in 302.WiFi works well. AC is cool.I get it that the hotel is 1-star, but at least keep it cleaned and well-maintained.The bedsheet is itchy. The towels have long strands of hair, although we both have short hair. It’s gross! We didn’t use the towels since it’s dirty, old, yellowish, frayed and smelly.The bathroom is filthy. The TV isn’t working.Luckily, we are only staying in this hotel for 8 hours.The breakfast is basic and self-service, cafeteria-style.There are other options; it will be the best look for another one.

The location is 3 minutes away from Sultanahmed square where are the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and many other places. Everyone from reception desk was very polite and friendly, they welcomed me very well and helped me with some information and advice. They made everything possible to make me feel good! I definitely recommend.

Breakfast could be a little more various.

Location was fabulous.As a solo traveller I felt safe.

The room smelt and I think it may have been stale cigarettes. The bathroom floor looked like it was painted. The water drain in the bathroom was disgusting. The curtsins were falling down. The lace curtain looked filthy dirty.
