The mall , huge rooms tilt the whole family comfortably, proximity to Eyüp sultan area

The best thing about this hotel is its great location — right next to an amusement park with free standard tickets provided by the hotel, and a nearby mall offering unlimited dining and shopping options from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The hotel has no swimming pool, nor satellite TV in my room, which was disappointing for the kids. The safe box was not working and, despite two attempts to fix it and promises to send technical staff, it was never repaired or replaced, forcing me to carry my valued belongings everywhere. Only one receptionist spoke fluent English, making communication difficult when he was absent. The family room (one king bed and two twins) included only two free water bottles, with extras requiring payment and self-pickup from the restaurant. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m., finishes at 10:30 am, had limited options, and there was no made-to-order egg station. Staff are helpful and trying their best, but never smiled or greeted the guests.

My experience at this hotel was beyond wonderful!Everything was excellent: clean, spotless, the location, and the services.But what impressed me most was the attentive and knowledgeable staff.I would especially like to thank the staff, Eren, Özgon, and Serhat, for their leadership, cooperation, and energetic smiles.They were the reason I like this place and enjoyed it.I recommend this hotel to everyone. And I will repeat the experience again.

Very far from Location. Poor breakfast, No alcohol. But close train station.

Very spacious room, good breakfast. The convenience of the mall and its food court was wonderful. The park seemed nice. However, we never went their as our trip was short.

There was nothing not to like really. The only thing maybe would be that the breakfast selection was a bit limited but then again it was still very good

hello, my name is Gheorghe, I'm from Romania, I'm very disappointed with this hotel. from the entrance to the reception, (we also have a video recording) the staff at the reception, they spoke in Turkish and made us gypsies. we were a group of 25 people. in our group, there was a turkish citizen, friend, settled in turkey. I came from the sea from Antalya. on the way back we decided to stay 2 nights at this hotel because of the amusement park. I paid everything through booking. when we arrived at the reception, they took an extra €120 because they didn't want to accept us even with the reservation paid for by booking for 3 people in the room. their hotel only accepts 2 people. I paid €1,200 for two rooms and 6 adults, they charged an additional fee. apart from the indescribable mess in the hotel in the rooms, the reception staff even now after the stay, they don't want to issue us invoices on our company. although when leaving I left them the details of our company. we often go on holidays to turkey, but this hotel is of the lowest quality both as a hotel and as a staff.

Very cozy hotel with peaceful atmosphere.. it like the view and the breakfast.. the location also was great

I booked a family room , where it’s higher price than normal room , I surprised that even though they charge extra people as it two ways of charges . Really I didn’t like this arrangement

There is a shopping mall above the hotel with almost everything you might need. The rooms are big.

The breakfast needs improvement. I wish they would supply you with bottles of waters on daily basis like some other hotels do as for the price you pay you should get that. They should have bigger doors for the shower as if you take a shower the floor of the bathroom will definitely get drenched in water.

Everything!The hotel is big, rooms are spacious, staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast is very good and delicious.Perfect place to stay when visiting the fun park.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, the location is right at Vialand theme park, outlet shopping area. The breakfast was nice and varied, however, some items needed upgrade in taste.

I didn’t book a room with breakfast included. However because I got my first night through a Turkish airlines offer with breakfast included the check in staff added breakfast to our 2nd & 3rd night for free. This was a very nice gesture and overall the staff at the hotel were excellent.Taxis were a bit of an issue though with one taxi taking so long we missed our tour that day. The hotels regular taxis need to let the hotel know if they are going be longer than the 15 minutes stated.
