Best location other hotels are up the hill, and staff very friendly and helpful.

Its old so you should be excepting an old room when old bathroom and furniture. Also there is no enough lights just side lamps beside the bed, it can be very dim at noon. Thats it else very thing is good.

The location was perfect, our hotel room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the top floor there is a small restaurant with a breathtaking view and delicious food, and hotel guests get a discount — such a nice bonus!

Location is simply amazing at the very beginning of the incline so you dont have to walk alot, zcentralized between beyolgu and karakoy. View was spectacular and Ogour was more than helpful and welcoming he made our trip even better.

The noise coming from the roof top due to cleaning, and there are many places around us who have maintenance so knocking was everywhere.

The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They are incredibly friendly and helpful! Every day, they checked in to ask about our stay and see if there was anything they could do to improve it.The hotel has a beautiful restaurant at the top of the building with a stunning view. The location is also excellent—within walking distance of both the shore and Taksim Square.This definitely won’t be my last stay here. A special mention to Ugur, an amazing manager who offered us complimentary Turkish tea on the top floor and refused to let us pay.Thank you, Karakoy Aparts!

It could get a bit noisy at night due to some construction work nearby during our stay, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Among all aspects of the stay, I especially enjoyed the service. It was excellent. It was my mistake that during one of the excursions, I forgot my phone on the boat. Our receptionist and service desk agent Rohat was extremely helpful. He called the boat company and arranged the pickup. I couldn't be any more grateful. Everything was wonderful. Another receptionist, Ugur arranged the taxi for us. Helped with bags, etc. I rarely experience this high level of service. It was absolutely wonderful. Would absolutely stay there again. Location is amazing as well. Just a few meters from the Galata tower and a popular street with tons of restaurants, cafes, and cute stores. They also have a rooftop restaurant with a breathtaking view of Galata Tower and all the mosques.

Great location, big rooms and nice staff. Rohat was very friendly and gave me some nice recommendations about the city.

It was clean and great location

The mattress isnt good the bathroom glass was missing in the bathroom seems it was broken and never replaced it the matress is heavily used it needs to be changed its not firm on the sides proof of being heavily used and never changed

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the manager, Mr. Ugur. From the very beginning, even before I arrived, he went out of his way to assist me. I faced an issue with my airport pickup, and he personally ensured it was resolved smoothly and without stress.The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable — a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. The attention to detail in both service and accommodation was evident throughout my stay.The hotel’s location was also ideal — centrally located yet peaceful, making it convenient to explore the area while enjoying a relaxing environment.Everything was simply perfect. I truly appreciated the warm and professional attitude of Mr. Ugur and the staff. Their genuine care made my stay not just pleasant, but memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely return myself.

Close to main transport and at a good reach to popular places

The property was ok. The only thing is that they said in a message that taxi from airport SAW was 50€, but then it had changed from when we booked to 60€. This is not due to the property though.

A lot of space in the apartment compared to other hotels. Room clean service every day. Close to Galata and Galata Bridge, close to tramcar T1. Beds are comfy and apartment is looking nice.

The hotel is at a very strategic location, close to the tramvay station and to many restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood of Karaköy. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The room was big yet cozy, suitable for a couple or a solor traveler. Housekeeping could be more consistent. The room is relatively quiet, however, sometimes noises from the restaurant in the lobby slipped through the door (my room was at the first floor). In general, I enjoyed the stay at Karaköy Apart Hotel.

I had a 12h layover and we book the room just to be able to rest during the day as we would be travelling for 48h. When we got there, the room was not ready yet because it was only 11am, but I asked if it would be possible to find us a room, even if we downgraded, just so that we could rest as we would not even spend the night there (our second flight was at 8pm). The employee gave us a better room than we booked that was ready and was so helpful and nice! The location is great and the room was perfectly fine, a bit small, but clean and with a big bathroom. If I come back to Istanbul for more than 12h, I will definitely come stay at this hotel!

The room was smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it was good enough for our stay!

Service was very warm, friendly and accommodating. Great location in the heart of the main square. Room was super clean, very stylish and extremely roomy. I really enjoyed the balcony view.Highly recommended, only good things to say about this place.

The property is in amazing location, that was the reason I booked it, tram, bus station, Tunel to taksim is about a minute walk distance. They have an amazing rooftop cafe that I visited, the best view ever ? It doesn’t make sense to enter galata tower for the view, but this cafe is worth to visit. Reception did the their best !

The only reasonable part is the price.

Everything was extremely dirty, especially the bathroom. Full of splatters of different colors in the toilet and walls.
