The locations are very close to mall and this is the good thing in the hotel

The main entrance is located in lower floor and the lobby in higher floor and your will surprised when you enter to have security check and elevator doors

Breakfast with 12 different olives, but only 2 hot dishes - omlette and some sosage

Lobby staff was polite and friendly, on the other hand, housekeeping staff awere very rude. Asked for extra blanket on the day we checed in and did not receice anything. Next day, had to remind and cleaning lady brought only bed sheet, saying they do not have extra blanket in their hotel with very rude attitude. Only afet going to lobby and asking again for blanket, we received it on 3 day of our stay

The elevator is working with card, sometimes card reader did not read room card. Have to show card several times before elevator will work

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The global services and the location with direct access to to the mall in the same building were fantastic facilities. They pool and the gym are great and the buffet breakfast very good too. Nice stay.

Prices in the hotel restaurant and terrace are a little expensive for the city.

Delicious full Turkish breakfast with plenty of variety. The gym is small, fitting under a dozen people, but functional. Swimming pool available for relaxation. The hotel is connected to a 6-story mall, making shopping and dining very convenient.

The location is great for SAW Airport, but if you also use IST Airport, it’s about 45 minutes away without traffic. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind for frequent travelers.

Room was quite clean and spacious, had all kinds of amenities. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was on time. The hotel had 24 hour in-room dining facility and the food was pretty good. Its greatest convenience is that the hotel has direct access to a huge shopping mall from its lift. Most taxi and uber rides know of this place as the mall is a known landmark in the area. Hotel itself had friendly staff and feels quite safe for travellers. I was quite surprised that most of their staff spoke good English. Overall wonderful stay and nothing really to complain about. Planning to come back again on next trips.

Everything was good, from well mannered & helpful staffs, to food, cleanliness and convenience. So I can't really say anything that I didn't like from this stay at this hotel.

The reception granted late check-out although request made with short notice. Moreover on free of charge basis.

The drivers picking me up or dropping me off have been rushed to move although there were not other cars waiting.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. A special mention for Omer at the reception who took a considerable effort to guide us on what to see in Istanbul. I hope I have spelt his name right. Great guy.

There was a construction happening adjacent to the hotel and there was work going on at 1am ruining the entire night. Moreover, very slow room service. Took them an hour to bring tooth brushes and extra water

First of all, I would like to say that I have stayed at this hotel several times for business reasons. The hotel is located near the financial district of Istanbul and is ideal for business stays. The rooms are excellently equipped, including a desk, and offer very good opportunities to work from the room. I would particularly like to thank Ms. Muazzez Safiye Sari (Guest Relations Officer) for her exceptional support and courteous manner. She was extremely courteous, pragmatic and solution-oriented in all respects and solved everything perfectly down to the last detail. This makes staying in a hotel as a guest fun and you look forward to the next time. In my previous stays in Turkey (up to 20 p.a.), this hotel in Istanbul has been the one with the perfect service and stands out for its professionalism, service and hospitality as you would expect from Turkey. I would also like to mention that the rooms are also absolutely quiet, and you actually feel at home. Keep it up!

There is nothing we didn't like.We felt very comfortable and also really appreciated the very good infrastructure (i.e. transport via Metro YAMANEVLER).

The location was good for the purpose of my trip. Staff were nice. It was relatively clean.

1. No one to help me with my very heavy bag from Ground floor.2. Water was not hot enough and pressure was low, sink was clogged. They fixed the pressure and clogged sink on my second day but the issue shouldn’t have been there in the first place.3. Didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, no nespresso machine, no bathrobe, no complimentary toiletries like dental kit unless you ask, even the universal socket I requested they told me all guests took them and to buy my own from the mall.4. The burger I ordered was not good, I asked for extra well done and it was too meaty I couldn’t eat it.

The room had a very strange smell even after airing for few hours. We thought it smelt of spices, it might have been the smell from the previous people who stayed in the room. Had to complain at the reception about the dust in the room. The receptionist was very helpful and the room got a good cleaning that day

Overall bad experience

The staff were not helpful, we arrived on time the room wasnt ready for another hour,no one assisted us with the luggage, and the floor or where the room was, first night after a night out we arrived at the parking, there werent any spaces we were told to park at the Mall and that it would be 5-8 minute walk to the reception. After housekeeing there were not enough towels, shampoo want filled, we had no shampoo to shower.
