Park Grazza Hotel

the Hotel is so tidy and comfy, the receptionists and Staffs were helpful at all times. and the proximity to the center is what i liked the most. And the price rate is reasonable

Nothing, i liked everything about it

Friendly staff and good location, Check in any time and prompt reply when you ask a question

Street was dirty :)

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. It was also very clean. Staff was helpful any time we needed something.Location is good and there were many small supermarkets around as well as bakeries and kebab places.

The only complaint is that the room was not heated when we arrived, and since we were with a baby, this was a problem for us. The windows let in too much cold, so it took a long time to warm up the room. Probably we should have messaged the hotel with request to warm up room before we arrive, but I thought it was taken for granted that the room would already be heated at least a little.

good location- 15 minute walk to Taksim, valuable for this price

a bit cold in the room in January. noise from the bathrooms of other room was heard

Nice friendly staff, very cooperative, place was fine for the price, value for money

Room was too small, did not match the pictures

Mr.Rudi and all the staff were nice with warm welcoming and keening to help ..I ask for late checkout and they coopertaed well

Location was good

The room was very small and the carpet had carpet stains everywhere.I got bed bug bites.

- Good quality / price report- Close to metro station- Perfect for night sleeping and spending entire day outside hanging around

Nothing major to report.

No breakfast, unfortunatrely

It took 2 days to fix the problem with the internet connection. The hotel staff was very cooperable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and still pretty fresh. All was ok and i was allowed to check out late for free. recommended

shower head need to be replaced

The staff ??????. Flexible, available, kind, hospitable, perfect.

The location, or at least I don't recommend this street food walks. Use the parallel street where the buses go.

Breakfast was tasty, location was comfortable, near metro station

There wasn't things that I don't like

The rooms were clean, and the staff was too courteous. Good location

Breakfast menu was very basic.

The staff are great and the prices are amazing

The cleaning is good but they need to be more focused on that

warm welcome, The manager (owner) Mr.Rudi, two staffs Mr.Sinan & Mr.Erdogan were very helpful, polite and professional. I had a few issues in room but solved immediately by them. It was worth the money paid. Room was clean and prepared everyday with bottles of water, clean towels, sanitary stuffs and slippers. Size of room was good. Breakfast was good enough. Osmanbey metro was very close to hotel, between Taksim Square and Cevahir mall. The Dolapdere street is crowded but safe.

The bed was not queen, it was two single attached beds with two mattress that was not comfortable.

Location is perfect. Easy to reach anywhere. Staff is smiling and helpful

Bathroom is small

The location of the hotel is central Clean, quiet, staff is helpful and friendly.

The road is slanted and yet you can manage to walk

Very friendly and helpful stafNice clean roomsShampoo and shower gel provided Baby cot for free providedHost agreed to offer us what he could instead of breakfast in the evening instead of morning, because we left at 4 am and we would have lost the breakfast.

Bathroom could be a bit renovated

The staffs were super nice. The bathroom was clean and they have a good breakfast.Definitely, it is worth its price.

The air conditioner was not working. The location was not so great, however, easily can be access to different parts of the city by subway.
