Spacious. Location good.

1 x teaspoon & 1 x cup only. We asked staff twice over a period of two days. For crockery cutlery etc in order to eat in our room. We were promised each time it would be delivered within half hour. But never arrived. So had to eat out. Not good enough.

The location and room was good

The staff was kind but they ignored my request several times. They never done cleaning during my stay so I checked out sooner. Everything that supposed to be in the room I had to request separately like kitchen ware.

Rude Staff

Staff are very rude and racist. I renewed the reservation and I was supposed to pay for an extra kid fee at reception. 1-They asked for double the price mentioned in booking.com.2-They asked for immediate payment(we were out) or they will throw our stuff out of room! Seriously the rudest staff I’ve ever seen.

Location is great near from metro , Decoration , room size , the area around us , great place to stay in istanbul Asian Side .

Stuff( specially Othman ) : he didn't know how to deal with customers he should respect the customer i request from him twice to clean my room twice but no response and he add extra value for my child and my booking is clear in booking for 3 person. No kitchen facilities you should request everything. , No hot drinks available, really the place is great but really need small touches and focus from top management

Worst hotel experience of my life—AVOID THIS HOTEL

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, I had continuous issues with the hotel rooms, facilities, and manager. Despite deciding to leave after only 7 nights of my 43-night original reservation due to the numerous problems, the hotel refused to refund me any of the balance and insisted on charging the full amount for all 43 nights. I am currently disputing these charges after my good faith offer to pay the hotel for the 7 nights I did stay was rejected without consideration. I cannot recommend strongly enough to AVOID this hotel.The first room I was placed in, Room 212, had the following issues:- Strong odor of cigarettes and exhaust even after leaving windows open all day over multiple days to ventilate the room. I actually woke up in the middle of the night with difficulty breathing. (I do not smoke and am here in Turkey for medical treatment.)- Broken plugs stuck in the outlet next to the bed, preventing me from using the outlet.- Requested extra towels on 3 separate occasions. They were never delivered.- No silverware (cups, forks, spoons) available in room. Only delivered upon request.The second room, Room 801, had the following issues:- Water for shower repeatedly went cold 1-2 minutes into the shower and remained cold for 2-3 minutes until I turned off the shower. This happened on the first morning I woke up in the room. I reported the issue to management, and it was fixed the next time I showered that evening. The following morning the issue returned, and the maintenance personnel was again dispatched to the room.- There is no washer in the room, which was listed as one of the amenities available for the room I booked. When changing rooms from 212 to 801, it was explained that I could use a different washer elsewhere in the hotel, but it was never shown to me or explained where the washer is and whether it is safe to leave my clothes in a public area.- Bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Very nice apartment, so close to the metro and in a calm area. It's our second time staying here. We really enjoyed the stay..

Could use some very very little renovation

This building has a good view and is quiet.Secure parking

The noise from the next unit can be clearly heard from the bathroom and toilet. It was very dirty, but after complaining, two workers came and cleaned it up a bit. There are no kitchen utensils unless you ask at the reception.The TV system was very old. It didn't have YouTube and couldn't do screen mirroring.

The apartment living room walls was all made of glass and that gives a great view and letting sunlight shine in the room

That I must use the electric card provided by the reception to open car parking garage, open the elevator door from the parking and also I must place the card in the apartment electric holder to open the electricity so this is insane. The carpet was so dirty

During the stay my room not cleaning the room or changing the sheets.

The location is super near to metro and alot of shopping spots, staff are super friendly especially Sarah, she is super friendly, speaks very well English.

Location, building, parking garage, the stuff

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a few notable pros and cons. The staff was exceptionally polite and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The hotel itself is relatively new and well-maintained, and I appreciated the convenience of the provided parking garage.However, the rooms have significant noise issues. While the windows are soundproof, the doors are not well-isolated, making it easy to hear cleaning staff, maintenance, and other guests in the hallways. This led to frequent early morning disturbances. Another major inconvenience was the room door locking mechanism. The doors lock automatically when closed from the outside, which can be a hassle if someone forgets their key inside. This happened to me, and I was initially told I might need to wait for a professional locksmith at an extra charge.Thankfully, the staff managed to unlock it without that service, but such a system feels impractical for a hotel.

Find another hotel when you rravel to istanbul!

in their ad on booking.com they say that they have a swimming pool with a sauna, when you get there they lie to you that the pool is not working and that they will let it go again and the same with the sauna, and that's what I tell you every time day, for a week they cleaned my room only once! , they are not serious at all

Location is ok, breakfast very poor, no free coffe, also the price for coffe some day is 70 other 80 lira ?...same dishes every day for 10 days only boiled eggs and cheese,a few old frozen vegetables and little smal pieces of simitAt the reception only Osman , Ocogul and Zina was friendly and helpful

Comunication was dificile as not everyone speak english and the atmosphere is not nice even say hello in the morning isn't for all guests the staff is polite only with Turkish people, the inside pool is very cold and the pool room is horror with dirtyfloors and rusty walls no tovels and the fitneess machine very close to the pool, left materials of construction all over, at chech in the room was dirty the bathroom is very very small and even dirtier, no one came to clean unless you call them, also they don't change towels , They charge me 13000 Turkish lira ( 350 USD) at check-in because they said the room is too small for 2 adults and 2 children( 8 and 12 years) but I received same room like in the pictures ( room nr 502) ...so we leave one more day earlier on 3 January even we pay inclusive 4 January

The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was dirty, including the sink in the bathroom. Wardrobe was dirty with dirty fingerprints, the kitchen cabinets were also dirty. The bin in the kitchen cabinet was still full of dirt from the previous visit. I was for 4 nights and asked to clean the room, they said they only do that every 3 days, and they didn't clean my room not once in 4 nights! I don't recommend this hotel, also because there are loud parties with loud music until almost midnight, you can't sleep at night, especially if you have a flight the next morning and want to be well rested.

Everything was nice and clean and the hotel was close to the bus terminal where we had to go early next day.

The bed especially pillows is a bit uncomfortable.

I stayed in a studio, it was clean, as well the bathroom, the bed was comfortable. Size wise ideal for one person around 26 sqm, the kitchen had all appliances, including microwave and fridge. The AC was super strong (which is excellent plus), can cool down the apartment within minutes in summer. Wifi and swimming pool was ok. Overall the building need some refurbishment, minor. The view from the top of the building is awesome! Location is good, easy to reach by metro, and around 5 min walk from the metro station.

1. Things are broken in the room. 2. Very tiny bathroom.3. No washing machine in the room but very dirty public washing room at -4 4. Gym and Pool are not open and smelly anyway.5. Not allowed any visitors. definitely NOT recommended anyone with friends or relatives live here. Otherwise you’ll feel like in prison:)
