The Central Hotel

The room and its cleanness were great! The location is very good, too.

The room was booked for 2. But the 2nd day one employee told us there would be a problem if the coordinator knew about my partner, who did not spend the nights in the room. Later we were told the room was really for 2. It was for the last 2 days!!!

Every time I come to Istanbul I choose to stay at the Central Hotel.The location is excellent, just in front of the tram stop, and close to everywhere.The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist us.

I travel frequently to Istanbul, and every time I come to the Central Hotel. The location is excellent, right in front of a tram station, and in an area full of restaurants. Besides, the staff is very friendly, always willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend the Central Hotel.

Almost everything!!!-I booked 1 Full bed and 1 Twin bed for family, and despite showing them the reservation they provided 3 single beds and said it’s booking.com issue-The light is so bad, you will feel like you are in underground cave-The room window door is blocked and sometimes you will see staff walking if front of the window door-The staff is smoking if the entrance with cigarette smells around-A problem in communication since they only know Turkish language, only the one in the morning with a little bet of English-The restaurant is located underground, small area with no varieties

Close to transportation and shopping sites

Very dirty , all sheets had stains on them and dust everywhere. I had bug bites all over my legs and feet as well as my daughter. They ended up changing our room but it was still the same dust and stained bed sheets.

The location is excellent And the staff is always willing to help.I am a frequent guess of this hotel, and I recommend it.
