It was not even a hotel, it looks like a person just rented a building. The room is a little bigger than the bed. No employees at all. No breakfast. No alcohol. No room service.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel on 2 different occasions in November and December 2025. The hotel was conveniently located to Galata Tower, the metro, and the tram lines. Our rooms were clean and small but very efficient and adequate. The hotel staff were all extremely kind and helpful. There was a small convenient store connected to the hotel which was opened until late and was a great place to get snacks, water, etc. They even had SIM cards. We loved the traditional Turkish breakfast and the free tea was hot and delicious, and my friend was very happy to have good coffee. We both enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again.

I like everything about this place, the location, the view from the rooms and the thing that was exceptionally excellent was the staff, everyone who works there as well as the owner are the best people you’ll ever meet.

The breakfast needs a little bit of change, maybe change the way the eggs are cooked, or offer different meals every two days. But the variety and the plate everything tastes good

Staff were around day and night and even booked my taxi on departure, which made things easy. The room was clean with a proper desk, and having an on-site cafe/market run by the team made grabbing coffee or a snack effortless. Location is clutch—an easy walk to Galata Tower/İstiklal and quick access to metro/tram, so getting around Istanbul is simple.

The location is amazing, near to Galata tower, Istiklal Street all you need is near to you, nice staff, and they tried to make us feel comfortable as much as they can.

Mr eras very informative and social ... and the girl at the reception very kind - lift is available and grocery is attached to the hotel - near to Galata tower and many shops thank you to all the staff in this place

Location amazing very clean the Staff who’s working in the hotel are Respectful and their treatment is excellent It was a very nice experience in that hotel and I advise anyone going to Istanbul to go to this hotel it is very wonderful.

I liked nothing with this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. Very noisy, too warm, the air conditioning didn't work, dirty, loud traffic, bad ventilation, unstable wifi, no place to hang/put clothes, really low standard in general and the staff showed no interest in improving our stay. For five nights there was no cleaning, no change in linen or towels. The shower filled up with water that didn't go away. The electrical wiring to the bedside lamp was faulty and extremely dangerous! We booked a "deluxe double room" with sea view but the pictures was not accurate and it was so loud noise from the traffic so it was impossible to sleep. The only time the staff approached us with any interest was when they asked for more money. Most of the staff don't speak English. I'm very disappointed.
