I really liked this hotel! It's clean, quiet, and in a great location—very close to both the metro and tram. The rooftop swimming pool is a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and always smiling, and the breakfast was correct and satisfying. A very pleasant stay overall!

Only one small detil, I wanted to weight my language before leaving and unfortunatley the balance was off service.

The hotel is very well located, close to both the metro and tram stations. Service was 10/10 – a special thank you to Duran & Hassan who were always helpful, attentive, and made our stay even more pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the breakfast was a bit repetitive. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff so friendly and supportive i like the welcoming and the hospitality from Mr. Hassan especially every day welcoming and asking if everything is okey , really this gentleman was amazing , also the hotel location is nearby train and metro station and everything is there

The reception staff were very helpful when I booked. The breakfast was very good and there is a lot of choice. The hotel is very well situated in a quiet street just off the main tram line, very easy and central. My room overlooked the street and I was able to watch the world go by while having a nice cup of tea!There was nothing I disliked I would definitely stay again in the future it was excellent value for money and the reception staff are very helpful

Old furniture,bad room services for five days they provide only one bottle of water.,no tissues only toilets tissue, the breakfast not do much

The location. Is quite close to the Hagia Sofia m, blue mosque and the bazaar. Pool is okay, very small and not very clean but it helps to fight Turkish heat.

Rooms was small, not enough plugs, and all the rooms facing the back of the building are also facing a very loud rooftop club - impossible to sleep at night as the windows and room aren’t sound proof. Rude and loud guests, you can hear EVERYTHING. Staff was almost bothered that we were there, not friendly at all and almost unapproachable.

Pool was great, rooms very good size and very nice staff

The shower was exceptional, and we loved having the outdoor pool. The view from the rooftop terrace was excellent.

The facilities around the pool were very rundown -- broken outdoor kitchen area, ripped cushions in the chairs; pool towels only available one time, and no umbrellas for shade. The pool itself had a lot of rust stains on its edges. Did not spoil our enjoyment of the pool, we still loved it, but it seems like some simple fixes would make it much nicer.
