I strongly advise against booking this hotel. They are very disrespectful. Everything in the hotel is broken and unclean. When you arrive at the hotel, they tell you they don't have your reservation and charge you for cancellation.

Location

Not clean, no elevator، dirty، moisture, Bad smell from the bathrooms, and there is smell of smoke all the time even it says the rooms are for non smokers which was not good to stay there with family.

The satff were very friendly, very nice people

The missing of an elevator, it made it hard to go upstairs till the 4th floor, but can’t complain much considering the price

They have very bad service and they don't do any maintenance when I go over there the shower head leaking and the the shower is mold and very dirty I tell him about to replace the shower head nobody answer no they have TV they don't have you can watch anything it's very bad very bad never ever go to this hotel

Tv didn’t work unfortunately The entrance a bit confusing I was going to take BBL in Istanbul, but didn’t need to with those stairs hahaAll in all a good place

Wasn’t clean all sheets towels are old and dirty and uncomfortable mattress very old and has big deep in it a lot of mold in the bathroom and room was hard to breathe has to sleep with windows open

A double room was booked, we were surprised that the room had no ventilation outlet including the bathroom, meaning that the room was like a solitary confinement room, when my son complained they forced him to pay an additional amount of approximately 25% to change the room, the payment was made and when he moved to the alternative room we drowned all night and the bed was flooded as a result of rainwater falling inside the room as room was on the last floor, after suffering my son was transferred to another room in the next evening without an apology or compensating for his suffering and damage. Bad hotel and worse dealing however anyone should not book any rooms in this hotel through Booking. Com website because it requires inspecting the room and the appropriate price before booking and payment, unfortunately the website was unable to solve the problem with the hotel. Only the website reward me with little amount for my next booking.

For two days there was no electricity so, because the room did not have a window, I was sitting in a darkness, could not charge my phone. Also there was no warm water for 2 days. I was told that it was because some general issues on the street, but other buildings had electricity. The shower was broken and I had ants, when I told them about this, they said they don't speak English.

Very terrible hotel

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. We had booked a so-called 'suit', but this one looks like a cheap two-room apartment. No comfort at all, very dirty room and bathroom. This room is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. The walls seem to be made of cardboard. You can even hear sounds from the first floor. Staff/service is 0,0. We were given one towel for five people. We asked for more towels several times but we didn't get them until after three days. Room cleaning is also really terrible. Nothing is cleaned, only the beds are made and the trash can is changed. Bathroom is not hygienic, mold everywhere. Shower head does not work. Twice asked to fix it, but they didn't. Place of the hotel is in a ghetto neighborhood. We will never come back here again. Even if it's free.

The location was perfect for my needs, and not too far from the sea and Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and other historical site.

Nothing really. The location was fairly convenient, you can get to various kinds of transport, there are quite a few shops and restaurants nearby which served as an escape from the room.

First of all we arrived at around 14:00 and although they state that check-in starts at 12:30, we were told that they are cleaning the room and it will be available in an hour. I do not know what cleaning they were doing because the room was not clean at all - there was dust and filth everywhere, including the nightstand. The bathroom was broken and moldy, sink was detached from the wall, the shower was clogged and extremely moldy. The towels provided were also not clean and had brown staining. The room had no window, which I do not blame the property for, and in order for it to get ventilated, there was an AC installed. However, the AC could not get regulated, nor turned off - there was a working remote control which did not do anything. In the hotel there was a lingering smell of mold and puke. Even for the money, I was so eager to leave. Last morning we found ants in the bed.

The staff was really helpful and good, they spoke Arabic and a little bit English which enough for communications.

Literally nothing

The room was a disaster! unfortunately I couldn't upload more pictures but trust me there are more to show. When they let me in the room it wasn't clean (8pm), the table and floor was dirty, the bed was messed up. They "cleaned up" after I asked them to but that didn't change a lot. The mattress had bumps. The toilet was dirty as hell. There was some dirty paper on the ceiling. The room had no windows (i didn't realise that when I booked, ok that's on me), but there was no bathroom air conditioner either that made it so much worse. I could write more but I think that's enough to make your expectations.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Firstly; it’s advertised the staff speak English. They do not speak English whatsoever. For the entirety of our stay, they didn’t once clean our room. We asked for toilet paper and towels and they weren’t provided. We were originally provided with a number to contact regarding checking in and when we used the number as well as reception, we were met with an extremely rude reply.We had to go out and buy toilet roll and necessities ourselves when these should have been provided by the hotel.The Hotel staff were extremely rude. We asked them to book a taxi for us to get to the airport and they said cash would be 600 Turkish liras but paying on card is 750? And then the taxi was 45 mins late!The staff were abusive and refused to help us carry our bags down even when the hotel manager promised to help us.We were literally treated like animals for the trip having to live in our own mess. The AC in our room didn’t work, nor did the fan in the bathroom. Nothing was cleaned and they had cleaners and we asked several times at the reception desk and also by phoning reception - again they couldn’t speak English.I want a full refund and this hotel shouldn’t be advertised on here! They ask for good reviews and asked us for a good review if they helped us!

Unfortunately, the property is old, and I couldn’t take my money back.

Lack of cleanliness, you can see insects waking around on the bed, i was provided with a room that has a broken window that could fall down on any one’s head. No safe, no cards to open your room but instead you will have a key to access to your room, and you should return it back to the reception before going out so that they can clean the room.

Unsettling

They tried to “upgrade” our room when we arrived as another guest had extended their stay in the room we were supposed to use, but then demanded we pay a higher rate for the “upgraded room”. The room had couches that were covered in stains, the whole floor stank of cigarettes despite it being no smoking and the shower screen had a hole punched through it.
