Hotel Grand Istanbul Airport

It is clean, ok for one night.

Іt is quite far from metro and the city center, so you would end up traveling by taxi. For the money spent in total, it would be better to live closer to the center.

Located in an old airport area or airport that doesn't exist, shuttle is costly . The hotel is neat and has an excellent breakfast.The staff are great, have a good bed and an organized bathroom.

the room was very filthy with moulds and dirty toilet rims and skirting boards.

Not Cleanliness, all facilities is bad condition, unhealthy smell, hygienic.,room temperature, leacking, mold especially bathroom. Its Not recommended to Stay.,

It was dirty and there was a bad smell everywhere. Leaking water in bathroom it was very uncomfortable. Had to keep windows open to breath.

The cats. There is nothing else to say that was good about the place. They have a lift that works. The staff can speak english. Bed was clean and they have water in the room.

The hotel is called grand istanbul airport but its 30 min drive from airport. They dont accept card payments so you need to go atm before. The rooms are really small. Its okay for 1 or 2 days stay but no longer. There are far better hotels at the same rate closer to the airport and better location.

Staff nice and friendly but the bathroom shower tab was broken

It is nowhere near the airport. I felt swindled by the name. It was at least a 30 minute drive.

it was a quite place and location was good too

rooms were so dirty and cleaning staff they dont do their work properly, they should come to room and clean up room every morning but they didnt do that. I didnt feel comfy

I came for a business trip to spend 3 nights and wanted to move to another hotel close to Asian site of Istanbul. Just spent one night away and forced to do one week booking as I missed the amazing welcoming, food, car parking and on top of that friendly employees with warm feelings and smiley faces.

Great value for money, luxury hotel, clean and super kind staff.

I and my family visited as tourists from Indonesia and have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the facilities at this hotel are very comfortable and pleasant, it's really not wrong for you to choose this hotel. Great thanks for Mr. Abdurrahman

it’s a dump they should knock it down and build something more constructive. A hotel in North Korea would be better then this place.

no card machine they can’t take card payments only cash. Booking.com if you are reading this you need to investigate. my girlfriend had a horrible time there. she said she would rather stay in hotel in war-torn country then stay there. very disappointing. the toilets are disgrace when it rains outside the toilet gets flooded. due to leaks in the ceiling.

The shower was nice and powerful on the 3rd floor. The shower pressure was weak on the 1st floor.

We had to move rooms 3 times. The sockets were faulty. The shower holder was broken. The fridges were broken.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.

In my first room there was a bad smell in the room, like window wasn’t opened for a very long time and there were no fresh air. Also hair dryer didn’t work and there were drops of water from the ceiling in the bathroom. But i asked to change the room and the other room was much better.
