Great location, friendly staff, clean large room. Be sure to visit the rooftop!

Although it looks nice, plumbing wasn't great. Shower heads are residential quality, broken parts. Low water pressure much of the time. TV is extremely small for the room. Otherwise, the room is very nice.

The location was convenient to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The staff was always friendly as we came and went.

We enjoyed our stay.

The friendly staff. The only thing is I wish there was breakfast served here but the coffee machine and location more than made up for it.

Rooms - Modern, well maintained and clean.Location - Easy to get anywhere in downtown Istanbul using the tram and ferries. Great access to nearby restaurants and port. Facility - Loved the dining room at Level 6 where we could enjoy the sunset.Getting there - Took HAVIST bus from airport to Eminonu and walked one tram station across the bridge. Very convenient.Note - Our room came with a staircase - which was special and we liked it. Not recommended for small children and elderly.

Three night stay between cruise ships. The desk man and breakfast preparation man were the nicest people I met in Istanbul. They even got a cantalope for me for breakfast.

Excellent location, very helpful staff and convenient restaurant.

They were very friendly and the place was quite clean and affordable. I liked the 6th floor space where you can make tea and coffee for yourself and relax or work there. It's also very close to Galata tower and so many other tourist attractions, restaurants and also cost to the water.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location, close to public transport, the Bosphorus, and many tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and kind and we would be happy to stay here again if we come back to Istanbul!

Perfect location. We can connect to Tram, Bus and boat within 2-3 mins walk. There are also some nice restaurants nearby.

We stayed four nights on the last week of May 2025, Shenar at the reception was very professional and friendly, everyone at the hotel was very nice, on the first night right after arriving we took a shower and noticed the shower was draining too slowly, we called the reception and they switched us to another room right away. There was always a bottle of water, tea and instant coffee in the room. The location is very convenient, on a quiet block, close to the Galata Bridge, the Galataport complex with modern shops and restaurants is 10 minutes away, tram stations is a few minutes walk away.Room was quiet with A/C and comfortable bed.

Great altitude to the guests, everyone was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could. The best location near the ferry and 10 minutes walk to Galata tower) definitely would like to return !

The location, the staff, the cleaning. Everything was amazing. I will definitely go to this hotel again next time.

There was a problem in the shower that the water did not drain away and risked flooding the bathroom. The bathroom could have done with a slight update.

Location is very good if you like to live near Bosphorus

Tired property, heating was not working during my stay in Dec-24.

Location, quality and accommodative. We reached 4 hours early, but still they did not charge anything extra. Best possible location, as everything is minutes walk. Right across the waterfront. They kept our luggage safe after checkout.

Towels could be thicker/fluffier. Nice roof area but unutilized with no option to order anything on site.

Hotel has great location, everything is in walkable distance and despite it being placed near the never-sleeping Istanbul center the quiteness of the hotel is it’s top value! No noise was coming through which is very rare in Istanbul. Staff also helped with superb taxi transfer to airport with safe driver to avoid the chance of being ripped off.

Some furtniture is wearing out but nothing major.
