Grand Aras Hotel & Suites

The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the built of the hotel and its decor were modern and contemporary, the toilets were large and the location was superb.

The breakfast was good but not great. The toilet cleaning was below expectations.

The hotel has great location in șișili and the staff super excellent and I would like to thank Mr. Kaon for his warm Hospitality and for Mrs. Roula the great receptionist and for Mr. Hasan and Mr. Ozdewir

Everything was great. The staff provide me early check and upgraded my room. The room was big and clean I like the breakfast.

Everything bad not same as it photo before booking room and dirty paint and bad and very bad smell

When I booked I saw the photos I thought they Will be like that. But when I checked in room not the same. And I asked the receptionist for refund they said sorry even I have showed them the dirat and everything inside the room but they didnt care and I lost my money because they didnt refund me.

Location and the hotels close to money needs and safe area

1 star — only for the hotel’s convenient locationThe location of the hotel is excellent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel does not meet the standards of a four-star property. The building is quite old, and the soundproofing is very poor — you can clearly hear traffic noise, police sirens, and honking from outside, as well as voices and footsteps from the hallways inside. Even the housekeeping staff speak loudly from morning until noon while cleaning.Cleanliness is acceptable, and breakfast is good if you go early (around 7 a.m.), but after 9 a.m. it becomes crowded and difficult to find a table.

A disappointing experience in every aspect, except for the excellent location. Also, Although I requested a room with a nice view, I was given a back-facing room overlooking what you can see in the photo.

OK stay. Outraged by the fact that had to pay for minibar items (drinks, chips, condom :-() I haven’t touched/used.

At the checkout was charged for the minibar items I have not used (drinks, chips, condom :-)). My explanations that I haven’t touched anything from the minibar were ignored, as well as that these items probably might not have been provided in the first place or might have been taken by employees. Would never come back there!

The location is great. The breakfast was quite OK.The hotel is a bit old.The staff are very friendly.Mr. Ahmet Gunes at the reception was very helpful at our early checkout.

I would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Hassan, for his warm welcome and hospitality. The location of the hotel is superb close to the metro, bus, and metrobus stations.

Breakfast needs more variety in terms of food and replace old buffet items with new ones.

The rooms needs some renovation and maintenance for few defects in the rooms

I recently stayed at the Grand Aras Hotel & Suites and overall had a pleasant experience.
