I like to location, breakfast and bed, bath also

I dont like noise from ait condition system in winter. Also our room window was open on 30th of December and in the room was extremlly cold! Its took more then two hours to warm the room. Was not even enough.

The staff, hospitality and the location

The breakfast is not worth the hotel and its stay.

This hotel is our favorite, when we need to come to the Besiktas area. First of all, it's near to some major clinics/Acibadem, Bahcecci/,which was the purpose of our traveling.But the best of everything is that we always arrive early in the morning,after overnight traveling and the stuff is always so kind to check in us in very early mornings, finding us a free room....which we really highly appreciated!!! The standard room is big enough,they clean every day so it's very clean. There are always soap,shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms, hairdryer as well. There is something like a small fridge in the room /we were having some medicines for the fridge with us....so the fridge is ok, but it's not very cold inside. Till the moment, we are always in quiet rooms so we sleep very well here!And the beds are sooo comfortable!!!The stuff is very friendly, there is a restaurant, working 24 hours. We totally recommend Mia Berre Hotel !!!

The breakfast is very basic and almost the same every day. Even they have scrambled eggs just 1 time in a week....which is not enough even for a basic breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and modern, super friendly staff. I like that the rooms are big and bright. The food is great and the last but not least the location is perfect.

The hotel is pretty nice! The location is really good,next to all major clinics over there,the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned every day,so everything was nice and clean and comfortable. There are shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in every room and a very good, powerful hairdryer. So we were pretty satisfied with everything!

The breakfast could be better,better quality...

No 4 star hotel at all! Pay more, go to better place!

Quality and variety of food could be much better! Cleanliness also. Unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke was deeply rooted in the room! There wasn’t shampoo in the bathroom .The car was parked on the street instead of the parking lot.

Location

Too small rooms. Window net was very dirty and the window was open all the time. Only boiling hot water runs from the tap. Mold was all around the sink. The blue DND indication light was on throughout the night makes it difficult to sleep. Uncomfortable pillows

I wish they the option for a continental breakfast . Breakfast was Turkish you were asked to pay for fresh juices which was disappointing. Breakfast options were very limited . I did not like it

Very friendly and helpful staff, good service, the room was exceptionally clean and modern equipped, excellent breakfast with quite a good selection.

Worth staying if you’re having medical treatment in the nearby clinics, otherwise location isn’t ideal.

Some staff were unhelpful and a cleaning lady tried to charge us for plastic sheets to protect bedding.

Just a nice clean friendly hotel

The hot breakfast selection wasn't nice. Stewed mushrooms and peppers. Same with Salami etc.No fried eggs or halal sausage. Gave me indigestion all day9

The worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at.

The staff was rude, it was always noisy in the hallways (doors slamming, staff screaming and laughing). The food was inedible.

All staff were professional and helpful anytime we asked for.The vale at reception also... would definitely help anytime i needed taxi

The location was convenient.

We were put in a corner room on the first floor. There were construction works on the sane floor. It was very noisy during the day, like staying on a construction site. There was no heating during the evening, the room was freezing, there were no blankets or anything. We call the reception 4 times, and we were told that they will ask the maintenance manager to check. On the 5th time I went to the reception and demanded either blankets or an extra portable heater. We were given 2 old blankets. We had a very uncomfortable night, our initial plan was to stay one night and then book for another 7 nights, but after the freezing cold and horrible noises we couldn't wait to leave this hotel and moved to another one. All in all, I don't recommend this hotel. It is not worth the trouble and definitely it is not worth the price . P.S. it is advertised as having a parking, but in fact they have a valet who is constantly moving the cars and ultimately, the car stays parked on the street.

We liked the hotel very much. Everything fit well and it was a very great stay. Although I have only stayed in pure hotel chains for business bookings, I was very surprised this time how clean and perfect this boutique hotel was. Will book there definitely once being in İstanbul again! Access to public transport (Metro) is close to and 5min walk away from the hotel. Great suburban area within a lovely neighbour-hood.

There is really nothing that we did not like or that we noticed negatively!

Staff are so amazing. The guys in the restaurant especially the older one are so nice.

fist day when I arrived i told the receptionist i need to go to bathroom first and then i will pay the amoubt and he refused and told me you need to pay first . 3 days without cleaning the room and i was satying for 6 days just one time they make it i was booked 2 rooms and one room we have emergency case we need to make early check out and they refused to refund they need to they need a lot to improve their self .
