The room was great, staff was very courteous, breakfast was fantastic, free coffee and tea in the lounge 24 hours, walking distance to historic attractions

Reception looked like a real estate office, but the friendly staff makes you forget that. Front entrance steps are precarious, can be improved.

It was not upgraded as i got the message from Booking.com at the time of booking.

Room not upgraded as I got the message. SPA was not available, I selected this hotel because of SPA. Confusion of time out even got the email for approval

It was very clean. All necessary hygiene products were provided. We stayed for only two days, and the next our room was already cleaned and the towels were replaced. Everything was very pleasant and clean.The breakfast was tasty, hearty, and suited all tastes.

No parking. It was promised but as a fact I had to search pretty far parking, pay additionally and bring all my bags on my back… Weak breakfast, no meat, fish, even eggs - my friend is vegetarian, she doesn’t eat meat, I don’t eat pepper, on breakfast were served eggs mixed with sausages and pepper, they refused to provide even normal eggs…. It’s very strange for 4 star hotel, breakfast bad, nothing to choose from. The rest was almost ok.

The door let in too much noise from outside, and I could still hear the sound of toilet water from the bathroom even after closing the bathroom door

The Location. The view from restaurant area.The manager and most of staff are very friendly, and provided good information about tours and historical locations around.

No direct access from our room to reception or street, we had to use stairs one floor down from room to backyard then use stairs up from backyard to reception area.

Location is good but you have to go up to the top every time, not comfortable for older people

Internet connection was terrible barely worked and disconnected all the time. Don’t expect good WiFi. Rooms are extremely small, can’t even move there. Balcony is only staying size.

I like just the location, it is near to Hagia Sophia and SultanAhmet mosque.

It shows that the hotel is 4 stars but it doesn’t even deserve 1 star I swear. The staff are very rude and they don’t have the sense of hospitality. Moreover, the room was very small and could barely put our luggage (the room size is very tiny and doesn’t look like the pictures on booking). Also the room was dirty, as we found hair on bed and some dirty stains on the cover and pillows.We stayed there for four nights and we really regret it as we paid in advance before seeing the room. I DON’T recommend it at all. It’s a big FRAUD.

Nothing 4 Stars, only 2 stars, small room and small bathroom, poor breakfast, noise of trains passing close to the hotel

The best thing here was the two ladies that made the breakfast.

This hotel was a big disappointment. Located right on a very busy road and not a good location. We specifically chose it because it was said to have elevator - but to get to the room we had to take the elevator and then walk down a very difficult stairs to reach the room. The bed was hard and the sheets didnt cover properly, the cheapest uncomfortable pillows and towels that was stained and discoloured. Our room was was deluxe, but we couldnt make out what made it deluxe.

The location is good. In walking distance of Hagia Sofia and other tourist attractions.

The room was very tiny. My expectations about the room were very different based on the photos on booking.com. Front desk said i booked economy room. Based on my confirmation a double room. You should really look close at the m2. We got 13 m2 and it felt more like a closet with a very tiny window. For that price there are way better hotels nearby. I wouldn't recommend it.
