The room

Initially they wanted to assign a different room, instead of the large booked suite. They asked us to pay extra for the suite.

Excellent Staff, very good breakfast, very modern hotel - fantastic facilities. Amazing room - modern and excellent standard. Close to some excellent restaurants.

Toilet didn’t have WC washing facilities like all the other hotels in turkey.. a bit far from major attractions in Istanbul

It’s a truly beautiful hotel in a Hyatt style, bit I’d say with a Turkish flare and standards. Huge room, nice and clean, modern facilities. It’s difficult to say what I did NOT like about this hotel.

There was a bit of confusion about cleaning. They kept knocking on our door at random times and it was all a bit too much, especially during the New Year’s eve and day… but it was still a very minor issue really

Fabulous place, clean, great location, friendly staff

The noise of the basement night club was insane as we stayed at the first floor, the room was shaking and sound too much loud we couldn’t sleep and my son (5 years old) was very scared

At 3am There was this loud banging noise from some pipe or equipment that would occur every 5 min the front desk wouldnt believe us so they sent maintenance and at 3am stood in the room for 10 min trying to figure out where the noise was coming from.they finally moved us to a different room. 2nd room still had the same noise so we moved again. 3rd room smelled like cigarettes so we moved again and 4th room was finally good. I was disappointed with the lack of customer support even though we had to move to 4 different room at 3am there wasn’t a apology, upgrade nothing. Instead they called us in the morning asking us to move our bags from the first room. Disappointed will not be returning

Everything. The location was excellent! Right next to the metro station and very close to several shopping malls. You can also find everything you need close to the hotel like pharmacies, cafés, food etc. I also want to thank the staff who cleaned our room everyday. They really did an amazing job and even organized all of our things everyday so that it was always tidy and clean. Really appreciate it. I needed a last minute appointment at a hair dresser and got help from the receptionist to find one right away. They referred me to the most amazing hair dresser I’ve been to. The staff was overall very helpful. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely be back.

The room was quite large, clean and convenient. Very friendly staff at reception and overall. Breakfast was very good.

The friendliness of all the staff, from the front desk, bell boy, restaurant crew. Quiet surroundings, not so much street noise compared to other areas

The pillows are too soft for me, the bed is not that comfy

I’m surprised how friendly personal was, clean, new furniture, nice towels and robes, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. Definitely I liked.

Bathroom; hair dryer was damaged,toilet was not easy to use . Bathroom itself has doors inside. There wasn’t and handles for clothes inside bath . Bathroom was annoying.Breakfast buffet hasn’t much plates and food to choose from.however it was really delicious .

It was amazing experience for me. Breakfast was very delicious also there were various options. I experienced also the gym it was clean and amazing. Staff was very attentive all staff I especially want to thank to Ms Fahriye she is super kind and welcoming. I saw at breakfast she took care everybody at breakfast.

Thank you for a lovely service. The staff, the team and the ambience of the hotel is exceptional. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable with all amenities, thank you!!
