Great location and friendly staff.

Staff was not very knowledgeable. The bed was packed very tightly in the room and there was no space on one side for a night table or even to enter or leave the bed from that side.

Location was fabulous. Loved the little balcony we had that overlooked the street.

It had a few things that needed attention but the staff was attentive and helpful. Very clean!

Everything about our stay was amazing, and we truly enjoyed our time at the property. The two suites were comfortable and well-kept, and we especially appreciated the excellent location—it made our trip even more enjoyable and convenient.The hospitality made our experience unforgettable, and we would gladly recommend the place to others. We look forward to staying again in the future.We thank the host and the staff for their amazing efforts.

Liked the bed, couches, deco. Staff was super nice.

Small, no smart TV, no washing machine or stove, no decent grocery stores nearby, Internet was very slow, hugely overpriced neighborhood.

I liked everythink except some problem with a shower

when you take a shower the water is pooring out of the shower cabin on the floor to the bathroom, because there is no threshold in the cabin. It must be fixed. Also, shelf in the shower cabin was broken so I kept on the floor my bottles with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner . It wasn't comfortoble

There were so many things we enjoyed about the place....the cute decor and balcony, the amazing shower. But the shower did leak all over the bathroom floor and the windows didn't seal well enough to keep the cigarette smoking from the street below from seeping into our room. I guess for the price we paid I expected a little more.

Great spot in Galata, lots of great streets, shops and food to explore close by. Nice walk across the bridge to the tourist centre.

Room size is ok, access was ok, and there was someone at reception all the time. Cleaning was daily if you needed it, staff was helpful.

Place is in need of investment, heating in our room wasn't working there was only cold air from the fan. They gave us a heater and offered to fix it in the next days, but we said we were ok as the fans were very noisy and we weren't able to sleep with fans' noise running.

The location and the apartment were good.

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly, the bathroom and the master bedroom were really small and the hotel needed renovation.

The shower arm was broken. They proposed us to change room but we stayed there.

All 3 men at the front desk were professional , smart, and hospitable.The housekeeping lady was grt too Stay recommended for sure with family , couple or solo.Great experience ! They were very polite individuals and accomodative.

Clean and walkable to nearest tram

While I stayed there they had an issue with the water heating system and I had to go and asked if my room was the issue or not for them to tell me they were having trouble with the water - took them 4 days to solve the issue

The location is awesome close to everywhere Galata tower ,Taksim , Istiklal besiktas , Ayasofya

The ventilation system was not working properly i got cold , They can be better at being service minded they need to have first aid box my mom broke her nail and they have not any plaster at reception plus no parking.

The breakfast was amazing. In fact, one of the best 'in the your room' continental breakfasts you could get. The staff were amazing, especially the manager. On NYE, the manager brought in delicious canapes and champagne in the lounge downstairs. The hotel was quirky and delightful right in the heart of things but quiet.

Some new pillows which is fluffier would be good. The pillows were a little old

We like the location a lot! And we also feel safe! The stuff was very friendly.

Heating was not central so we must turn on air-conditioning when we walk to the room with the card. We didn't feel cosy ? still it's winter. Tv never worked. The night on New Year Eve we didn't have Internet. Also they picked up used towels but didn't replace them.

The hotel is close to public transport and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was the bomb! Just a nice place to stay

The mattress had hard coils sticking through. Pricing kept changing for laundry services.

Most of the staff were excellent. It was very central - walking distance to everywhere

Beautiful, authentic, and clean rooms. Great location, nice streets, great view, tasty and inexpensive cafe nearby. Special thanks to the staff. They will solve any problem and please you with hospitality. We will definitely come back!
