Elite World Grand Istanbul Kucukyali

This hotel didn't meet expectations of a 5 star hotel. AC was not working appropriately. No shampoo, no body lotion and no soap bar in the bathroom. Noy enough towels as well.

It's very close to a big mall with restaurants but this is not a walkable area

Nice, luxurious and clean place

The parking garage has no elevator!

Best Hotel in Istanbul

The room was large

The food options so little and not that delicious

Staff professional Mr Bahadoor one of the best person in the Hotel (Reseption)Mrs izel one of the best Manager in the hotel

Breakfast time , 10:30 finish is very early I think 11 is the best for close Breakfast

only duty manager and client relationship desk was good

it was not clean as i was expected- My bed sheet was not clean - towels was so bad - in case i din't pay tip for workers, they did not have a good attituded .

The view is amazing, the staff are helpful, Hilltown mall is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. This mall has most of the Turkish and the international brands and a variety of restaurants. The pool is nice.

The internet was very weak in my room. My room was on the 11th floor.

Room size and bed quality were good. Location was good for us - close to both the coastline and the restaurant district and a large shopping mall.

AC was not working good, so room got very hot in daytime. The spa was unisex.

perfect hotel, elegant, modern, clean, fully equipped.

ideal for business, not strategic for turism.

Room space, staff response, breakfast is good, valet

Cleaning service didn't put all needed toiletries, didn't change sheets daily although we requested it, parking is far and we were dependent on valet.

The hotel is a dump. Old and dirty. Rude and incompetent staff.

There wasn’t a single thing I liked about this hotel which is why I checked out early.

Hotel very clean. And in a very nice area also.

In a 5 star hotel u expect to find English speaking staff.Staff that are not on their mobile and ignoring residents and staff that know the difference between starter and main courseOn the other hand we were given always a good service by Betula she is very well mannered gentle and greets everyone with a smile also very good spoken English.

I really liked it. Everything was perfect ? From reception to SPA, Restaurant, and room service were excellent. I definitely felt safe and comfortable. It was worth it every single penny.I will definitely use again in the future. Many thanks Alp

They need to warn taxi drivers about smoking.

Good spa.nice staff

Breakfast was okay but not best.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and my experience keeps getting better. The view is absolutely beautiful, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. I also noticed that they are upgrading the hotel by replacing the carpets with brand-new ones, which shows their commitment to maintaining high standards. The WiFi is free, which is a plus, but it was just okay—not the best. There’s some room for improvement. However, overall, everything was great, and this will definitely be my go-to choice for future business trips in the Asian part of Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Wifi was not as expected

Very nice staff especially in the restaurant during breakfast time.

This is nothing negative - only my observation during 3 nights stay: half of guests are plastic clinic patients.Room and bathroom could be a bit bigger but I had a room for me myself only so it was ok.

The room is very excellent and has all the requirements, but it needs a bigger closet. But my rating for it is 10 out of 10.

I booked a suite with a sea view but I would have preferred it to be on the upper floors but unfortunately I was given a suite on the second floor so the view was on the roof of the ground floor

The food, location, facilities, rooms, cleaness, room service, housekeeping, and the friendly staff members
