There's nothing positive about this hotel. It situated in the most slum area of istanbul giving islam a bad name

Literally everything was bad. The old man at reception called Hasan was so rude, didn't respect tourist and finds it boring when you tell him this. He tried to take money from me to just book a taxi. That old man needs to go.

Friendly staff who are keen to help you in every way. Immaculate room at a very affordable price

A Hidden Gem in Istanbul's Heart - A Plus ResidenceMy husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at A Plus Residence for five days during our honeymoon trip to Istanbul, and it truly exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!From the moment we arrived, the staff was super welcoming and attentive, setting a lovely tone for our entire stay. We were delighted to be assigned a beautiful room on the 5th floor, and I was extremely happy to find out the building has a reliable lift, which was a huge convenience after long days of sightseeing. Our room was spacious—more than big enough for a couple—and perfectly set up for a comfortable stay.Despite being in a prime, central location in Istanbul, our stay was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The hotel is cleverly situated in a local neighborhood, which truly makes all the difference, offering an authentic experience away from the constant noise of the main tourist thoroughfares.Unbeatable Location and SafetyThe location is ideal for exploration. We were incredibly close to Istiklal Street, positioned on the opposite side, making it easy to access the famous street while maintaining that peaceful distance. We often guided ourselves back to the hotel via the corner where the KOTON store is located. This area is surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, meaning everything you need is right outside the door.Furthermore, connectivity is excellent: Taksim Metro Station is just a short, convenient walk away, as is the Havabüs stop for the airport, and other public transportation options. We truly felt like we were in the middle of all the major touristic attractions.I must also emphasize how much we appreciated the staff's diligence regarding guest safety. We noticed during our check-in that the receptionist was meticulous, and later, when the shift changed, the new employee thoroughly checked our documents and verified our stay in the computer system.

Mr. Mehmet was there to support our every need during our stay. The rooms were comfortable.

The location can get loud at night sometimes. It is a factor that is beyond the Management.

Nothing, everything is bad

Bed sheets are not clean, smell is so bad, and wifi is very bad.

Everything was perfect. Staff was so friendly. Ideal location for tourists as its near major attractions of istanbul . Best hotel to stay in istanbul in such a good price.

The place is clean and tidy and the staff there are very wonderful, especially "Ahmed"

A PLUS RESIDENCE is perfect place to spend a short vacation, excellent value of money, excellent location ((2 minutes to Taksim and 2 minutes to Istiklal street, very quite street, very friendly staff and the most important advantage it is a very safe place to stay in Istanbul. it is my second time to live in this place and I will always book in it with my family or with my friends.

Perfectly located for the bus to the airport. Next to local restaurants in a quiet area just a couple of streets from the main shopping area. The room was clean, nice and quiet. The gentleman at the reception is a super nice guy. He wanted to be as much helpful as he could. And he was. I would come back here again

The hotel itself it s nice and i rated it with big score⭐️We had a problem though: we were told that the check out is at 12:00, But some guy came at 11:00 yelling to go, he didn t want to get out when we told him to go and let us to finish out baggage because we were told we can stay until 12:00. Moreover, he invitated 2 potential guests to see the room while we were there.Again, I recomand the hotel and I would come here again. But the situation before we left was really ugly ??

There was a front desk 24 hours. They upgraded us to a superior room from an economy room because of birthday when asked.

Rooms were tiny even though we got upgraded to a superior room. Toilets were also small. We didn’t have the breakfast option. Lobby is also very small and cramped. When we asked for directions to the local sightings to the morning staff they told us to figure out ourselves. And asked for restaurant suggestions , one of the morning staff told us to use our eyes to decide. So not very helpful at all.Also hotel is on a hilly area so didn’t like going uphill. When booking tours or cruises the drivers won’t leave you in front of the hotel or pick from hotel as the roads are too narrow for cars or suvs to come.

great spot… easy access to main shopping street and heaps of atmospheric bars cafes restaurants. u can get to all the main sights from here walking. great location. friendly and helpful place. lovely room.v good value

it was unclean, someone’s hair was in the bed and it was not like in the pictures. i changed my hotel immediately.

It was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. It’s very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and clean. The position is perfect, just 5 min walking to Taksim square, you have metro,restaurants, and shops. the workers were kind and always available to help me and suggest anything about Istanbul. I will absolutely will come back!

bedroom door wouldn’t close or lock so felt unsafe

Everything was nice and pleasant. The location, the conditions, and the staff attitude were all perfect! I can hardly find words to express my satisfaction. Keep up the same way!

My only remark is related to the chair which was a bit low for the writing table. But it is a minor issue indeed and it did not disturb the truly excellent impression of this hotel.
