- The location is amazing- some of the staff are helpful / they try to support as much as they can

Cleanliness is zero literally! We booked 5 rooms, one of the rooms had bed bugs that caused allergy for my mother.Another room had a lot of dirt under the beds,The towels had cuts , as well as the bed cover.No baskets in the room - hence having plastic bags to use as basket.There were around 3 pubs below the hotel which made a lot of noise for a baby to sleep.No bellmen and so it was crazy to bring the luggage up and down, House keeping leaves at 3:00 so you cant have anything after this time and restaurant closes at 9:00 so you cant have dinner.Furniture and bathrooms need maintenance.They give you the master key that opens all the room due to card issue to use for your own room!

It’s vas very comfortable and easy to find it near bus stop and train station and near all things restaurant and bars

The hotel was very good and highly recommended for families

The location was amazing - couple of minutes walking till Taksim square and Istiklal street. The staff was nice, they let us leave our baggage till our checkin time and after our checkout. The facilities were good for the price with wooden furniture, AC and nice shower. It was always clean and tidy.

The toilet seats were too high, made for giants.

The staff is friendly and try to do their best to help visitors. The location is great and near to all types of bars, restaurants, fast food, shopping stores, etc.

Some problems with the facilities, we wanted something repaired, the staff took charge, they actually repaired it, however it was not functioning well even after the repair. Overall, the stay was good though.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and there were insects, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, some of my belongings were stolen from my room, and no one from the staff took the matter seriously or offered any help. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will definitely not be returning to this place again.

The staff was great very welcoming the location was easy to find and very close to the havaist which helps in dodging the cray taxi drivers

The breakfast was not that good limited option limited to one plate chosen by the hotel if you are dieting you won’t enjoy it

They didn't put water in the room, the whole days that I was in the hotel I was buying bottles of water, I called the reception in my last night to order bottle of water and I was willing to pay for it, he informed me that I have to go by myself to the supermarket to buy one and it was heavily raining. I told him I need to drink can you please bring me any bottle and I will pay, he refused that. It was really shame.Second I asked if I can make late checkout the guy on the reception was very rude and said no no bring your bags at 12 and put them next to the elevator.Third and last thing, they didn't provide tissues in the room, also I had to go the supermarket to buy tissues.Really shame on the management for such treatment for their guests. I will never repeat my experience with this hotel

Location is near to taksim square and you can walk the lane and enjoy good food and buy nice souvenirs.

There is no option for breakfast as they have removed the restaurant facility from the hotel, but you can still have delicious food in the nearby lane

Room was clean also the bathroom.

The Breakfast is very poor.

The room was not cleaned properly; there was a lot of sand on the floor. Despite requesting better cleaning from the front desk, nothing was done. The location is also quite inconvenient. This place is not suitable for people on holiday. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Location and kind staff

Dirty towels and Lenins, were not changed on daily basis. Windows were broken, noisy and loud sounds at nights.
