Small rooms , not so clean

We loved this authentically Turkish gem in the heart of the wholesale district. The breakfast was typical Turkish fare. The staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. We liked the location - easily walkable to all sites and the tram is moments away if you prefer. Plenty of great restaurants very close by. We had laundry done for us- great service. Housekeeping was phenomenal, slipping in every day while we were at breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again.

This area can be noisy at night, but Istanbul is busy! We often slept with the balcony door open for air but with it closed the sound was greatly diminished. The rooms are small but even with 4 suitcases for two weeks we were able to have enough space.

Location! Staff! Clean! Breakfast! Fantastic Turkish hotel. Elevator starts one floor up, but they take care of carrying up your luggage!!!

We loved it. Noisy area but it did not diminish our stay at all. Most noticeable with balcony door open.

We liked the location. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops around. The metro is walking distance from the hotel. The pools was open and we could relax even more there. You can taste a real Turkish breakfast with hot meal and fresh bread

While everything was good, I believe the size of the room was small for three single beds.

The breakfast it was great and tasty and people are friendly and location is very comfortable

The breakfast time if until 11 will be good because it was until 10

Location was ok

Swimming pool has very cold water and more over the personal smoke! And it is indoor pool, so nothing to breathe when those assholes smoke. And when I complained the reception covered them and said that is is allowed as if there is a smoking location at the pool.Breakfast was also very week for 4 stars hotel

The location is nice, as it is close to Laleli and Aksaray metro stations, which provide access to almost all the main destinations you may want to visit.The hotel staff are friendly, and the food offered at the hotel is good.

The first night was uncomfortable due to the noise coming from the shops, the street, and passing vehicles, which caused insomnia and made it difficult to sleep.The room is very small and does not reflect a four-star hotel standard; there is no iron, no cotton swabs, no bathrobe, and several other basic amenities are missing.In my opinion, a more accurate rating for this hotel would be between two and three stars.

room was great, breakfast was good, staff were helpfull.

Just the location of the hotel was not that good, and the many stairs that we had to do to reach the reception area from ground level, since there is no lift from the ground level till the reception area.

No issues

Good location - 10 minutes to the metro station, about 5-7 minutes walk to the tram stop. Breakfast was good, swimming pool awesome, liked it. Grocery shops are slightly far away, but many touristic dining places around, so we had an option to choose from. Clean and tiny boutique hotel. Nice for a couple or single travellers

The rooms are tiny! the smallest rooms ever i`ve seen in Istanbul. Yes, we booked 2 rooms for 3 people each (having 2 adults + 1 small kid in each room, so 3 single size beds in each room), but despite of that, they are about 8-10 m only. The other challenging moment for us were to find the stairs from ground floor to the 1st floor where reception is based. if you have kid trolley, old disabled people, many bags or simply heavy shopping purchases, mind the stairs.

I was shocked to see black dirty pillow cases and sheets !! Disgusting.They gave us the smallest room with the bed against the window no space to move. Completely different than pictures.

The location is perfect . Clean, staff also good.

İ don't think the price is fair and if you pay at the hotel is more than when you pay online. The room is small and to be honest it's little bit hot.

Staff is very humble and very good.

Furniture is broken and very old

Location was the only thing liked. It's close to old Istanbul.

cleanliness was awful. We got initially in a room where the shower had tons of mold, the water nozzle in the toilet was stained with poop, one of the towels had yellow stains on it, a bug found on my son's bed. This hotel shouldn't be a 4-star hotel at all. I am sharing a few photos of the second room I moved to after complaining about first room. The first room's condition was awful and unlivable. The pictures from second room don't show the awfulness of first room which unfortunately didn't take pictures of, but it was on the third floor. It was the last room number in the second floor, don't remember the number now.

Just breakfast

I stayed for just one night and decided to leave immediately due to several disappointing aspects. The room was extremely small, the furniture was outdated, and the bathroom was in poor condition, with an unpleasant smell that extended into the hallways. The staff lacked proper training in guest relations and professionalism. The swimming pool was located on the fifth floor, quite small, and not suitable for a hotel rated four stars. Overall, the hotel does not provide the services or quality expected from a four-star property. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend it.

+Great location. Many restaurants, Migros supermarket and mini food markets are nearby. Also Vezneciler metro station and Aksaray tram station are close by.+Nice view from the balcony.+Quiet room since it is located separately from others on the 7th floor. When balcony door is closed, you cannot hear any noise from the street.+Nice balcony, where you can open windows for fresh air.+Big bathroom with spacious shower, necessary amenities, powerful hairdryer.+Good-working/efficient air conditioning.+Cleaning service and fresh towels every day.+Clean room, it seems to be renovated not too long time ago.+Polite and helpful staff.+Safe/deposit box, well-working refrigerator with complementary water bottle.

-Unfortunately, very poor non-European style breakfast. It was very difficult to find what to eat in the morning. Scrambled eggs, (very questionable) sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, one type of cheese, juice from a vending machine were the only ‘eatable’ food. Coffee was extremely bad=not possible to drink it at all. No fruits. This type of breakfast is okay for 1 night only.-Occasional sewage smell in the bathroom. -One a bit too narrow blanket and bed for two people.-Only one flat pillow per person. An additional pillow would be a nice addition.-Too dim lighting in the bathroom to put on make up.-Reception is located on the 2nd floor=1 floor up from the ground. You need to use the stairs to get to the hotel lobby. Also this room is located on the 7th floor, but the elevator ends of the 6th floor, which means that you need to walk one floor up to the room. -Dirty street, where the hotel is located.

Rooms are way too small to accommodate three people with our luggages we couldn’t move in the room bathroom is tiny as well

everything was great. delicious breakfast, very clean, cozy, attentive staff. I will choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.
