Grand Hotel Gulsoy Old City

Property was great clean loved their pool, they are full hours are available until 10 p.m. at night. Great location very close to seen sight as well. Very worthy of the cost

However just didn’t like their breakfast because they serve breakfast all seven days that I stayed they only changed their soup and they repeated three soup every other day

Location, cleanliness, indoor swiming pool, caffee downstair.

The layout of the room, opening hours of the swimming pool

Nice hotel and thank you for everything and respect for Shahinaz .The location is extremely good. Nearby tram takes you to all places of interest. It is easy to reach sultanachmet, kabatas and taksim. Breakfast was tasty and there was a good choice. The room was spacious, clean and warm. The spa was also good and the swimming pool was warm.

Yes, I did like the breakfast and I did like the location. It was very convenient to go everywhere and easy to move around on the city of Istanbul.

Stay a little longer

The location was very good close to everything, and all the staff were very friendly and helpfull..

Only the breakfast if it could have more varieties

The location was good

The rooms were very small and access to the pool and hamam was limited.

Great location, close to public transport. Staff very nice and friendly, quick check in and check out, offered all important information. Standard double rooms are good enough and cleaned everyday.

The hotel is overall in good condition, although carpets on the hallways should either be thoroughly cleaned or changed. Sound and window isolation not so good.

Mustafa was ??Bell boy Cengiz are the best Hasan is also providing best service ?

location, indoor private parking (15euro/day), services, access to own AC room unit (for heating or cooling purposes), instant hot water at the shower

minor: sound insulation (there is a bit of a noise between the rooms, but nothing to worry about)

Good facilities, friendly staff and very clean rooms

Situated right in front of Sehzadebasi Mosque. Great view. Easy and convenient location. The main attractions are not very far. Close to the metro. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Breakfast is ok. The management might think of reviewing their breakfast options.

Location and service

Small rooms

The property is so beautiful and clean

The only one thing I don’t like in our room at night, it was sound from the club Next Door

The hotel is extremely clean it’s been a while since I stayed in a hotel this clean in Istanbul , the hotel is so close to the metro station and the tramway so transporting to an from the hotel was super easy and they don’t advertise anything they don’t have

Great location, 5 minutes walking distance from T1 which goes to all the best walking areas on both sides of the city, or 5 minutes to many busses. We never took a single taxi. Many restaurants in the area although some are touristy (playing American music and over priced) but some are local/good value, also the rooftop restaurant inside the hotel was with fantastic view and reasonable price for the view and quality. Nice staff, always willing to help. Very filling breakfast, huge variety and many protein options.

One of the family’s rooms was on the street side and the restaurant downstairs has loud music until 2am every single night, and no air conditioning activated in the room (in November at least) so they had to keep the window open.

Great location & excellent view

No washcloth

We liked everything about the property. The location was amazing. The staff was very helpful and very polite. The rooms were clean and big exactly like pictures. The view of the mosque from the room window was very beautiful.

Location and cleanliness

Limited room service, limited early check on opportunity

This hotel location is right in the center close to everything. The staff are nice and the hotel is very clean.

The staff were very nice and hospitable. The service was great. The location was perfect because it was close to all the places.
