Location among narrow streets and difficulty of taxi to find unless he takes instructions from reception on phone

Great location.

They give only one access card, so to keep AC running u have to use that card, and u'll have to keep asking them to open the room for u, which is annoying. Also, the cleaning crew will turn the AC off when you're out. Horrible experience. Dirty rooms.

Great staff and clean hotel.  (spelling?) and others staff members were helpful with all the info needed. Coffee was great with the breakfast.

Location was good and bad. Good because it's close to almost everything. Bad because too many bars/clubs nearby and the music can be heard at night.

I stayed for 6 days here with my family and we had a really great time. The staffs were very kind and helpful, and the location itself it’s very strategic.

Excellent location and a very clean, spacious room. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful—hospitality clearly seems to be a top priority here. Breakfast was also excellent with a great variety.

Location was wonderful, with a lot to see and do nearby yet quiet in the hotel. Breakfast was superb and abundant. The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable.

First worst thing is breakfast it is just consist of tomato cucumbers LOL )..And some issues in Bathroom hot water and cleanlinessThis issues they really need to fix

Definitely the location was the best thing. Very close to everything. There was a very beautiful restaurant on the first floor which had the best Turkish food and it was always open.

Location is perfect room is spacious

Washroom was very poorly designed and inconvenient. And shower is very bad

The room was ideal for me as a solo traveler and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the PRIME area in Instanbul close to the main streets and shops also. Keep in mind that the main area is approximately 40mins from the airport.

The only problem was that there was no floor drain in the bathroom and toilet, so whenever you took a shower or filled the bathtub, the entire bathroom floor would get covered with water and it wouldn’t drain.Also, the bathtub was not properly sealed, so every time it was used, water would leak out and flood the bathroom floor.

Everything was great. Staff were very nice, hospitable, and would take care of any issues that we had. Rooms were clean and they would clean it every day. Location was great, close to metro and bus stations. The walls had good insulation and would block off most of the noise from the busy Istaklal street. Breakfast was delicious and had excellent variety. Through the 9 nights that we were there, they had several new items every morning.

The breakfast was generally of good quality and offered a satisfying variety to start the day. There was a nice selection of warm dishes, including eggs, sautéed vegetables, and other traditional Turkish options. The cold buffet featured an assortment of fresh cheeses, olives, charcuterie, and seasonal fruits, along with a good variety of bread and pastries. Everything was well presented, regularly replenished, and the dining area was clean and inviting. I especially appreciated the balance between local flavors and more continental choices—it made for a very enjoyable and filling meal each morning.What truly elevated the experience was the stunning view of the city from the breakfast level. Watching the sun rise over the rooftops of Istanbul while enjoying a cup of coffee made each morning feel special.

While the room was impressively spacious—which I appreciated—it felt a bit under-furnished for its size. A few more pieces including additional storage would have made the space feel more inviting and functional. The bathroom, though clean and perfectly serviceable, could benefit from some modern updates to match the overall scale of the room and the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The location was perfect ! The staff was really friendly and accommodative. . The room was spacious and clean.! We will come back for sure !

Perfect location for shopping, drinks, food, you name it. The staff were incredibly friendly and made any adjustments we required. The breakfast staff were the best and really started to get to know us towards the end.

As to be expected in downtown Istanbul the evenings were load and we could often hear people in the middle of the night or in the morning. But like I said it is expected but also a warning for light sleepers. Bring ear plugs because this is a lovely hotel and worth the stay

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is ok, self-service, every day is about the same, but the food is good. We asked for an extra towel and then a blanket, they gave us everything in 5 minutes.Despite the very noisy street, closed windows block out street noise. The ventilation works well

The room is a bit tired, some things need to be repaired - for example, the headboard. But this is a small problem.The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, you can hear the noise from the bathroom in the next room.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of Istiklal street. Breakfast was simple yet hearty. Even the TV had some English channels and by chance I even got to watch a Bengali movie ✨
