Lausos Palace Hotel

There is no way this is a 5 star hotel. This is not more than a 2 star

The staff is very friendly, specifically Ali and Murad, and Ali at reception. These guys are awesome, made me feel very welcome, and assisted me with everything.The hotel is very neat and clean. Breakfast has various options and is tastefully arranged.

The location is not very, very good but still ok and in a very calm area. There are no issues at all, but sometimes, It was tight to find a taxi, but still, I didn't wait for more than 15 minutes.

The staff were kind and helpful. I really appreciate Asal, Krim Bey, Cihan, and Ali for their assistance.

Not a 5 star hotel i can give him 2 or maximum 3 star hotelnot like what i saw in internetlack of facilities

The room was clean and quiet, the access was good, and the reception staff were excellent and friendly The breakfast was good and the staff are excellent. In my opinion, the only good point of the hotel was the kind staff there

There was no glass, no tea, no Nescafé in the room. We had taken a family room, there was an extra bed inside the bathroom, there was a bathtub, but the bathroom floor had no water outlet and it was dirty everywhere. It was not 5 stars at all.

Staff tried to be helpful but language was an issue.

Basic facilities were missing e.g. tea coffee facility.Lights were not working in one of our room and was not fixed for 4 days.Worn out towels.Spa staff were smoking by the swimming pool.Pool was not clean and had green algae at the bottom.

Location is good for people who like to sleep sound. It is a very quite location. Staff is defiantly good and welcoming.

Transportation is not accessible easily. Uber is the best option. However,the Hotel provides free drop to a near by mall.

Turkish breakfast is the best. So many choices we had from. Several kind of cheese, eggs, cooked carrots and eggplants, soup ,geat lentil soup, several types of olives, fruits and so much more. We Loved our breakfast!

Small rooms , bad neighborhood Lou’s a/c

Small rooms, broken staff shower didn work we have to change the room

overall, value was fair and in line with comfort, place etc. the most i liked was hotel staff friendliness, especially Kaan, Irfan under Mehmet leadership.

pretty good hotel, at the location close to the subway/tram station. Can easily get to the historical place. Staff was nice and kind. Administrator spoke Russian, gave lots of advises regarding getting to the places and places you must visit

i liked the staff mostly, they are very kind & keen to help at anytime & also i liked how clean it was

the breakfast menu never changes, the location is a pit far from the public transport

This is not bad hotel, breakfast let’s it down, but room, building are very nice, and area is nice too

Breakfast can be much better

The management of the hotel are very helpful and cooperative and they have a human sense ,especially Mr Mohamat, Ms mehtab and all team at the reception miss mana , Mr Mustafa and others I don't know their names , when we arrived they upgraded our room, second we decided to check out 5 days earlier than our booking because you had planned to travel to Trabzon ,thanks to them, they agreed to refund my money even my reservation was un refundable. Third I had faced a problem with the taxi driver one night to the hotel , he wanted to charge me 300 Turkish lira, they helped me and settled the problem to pay 150 Turkish lira. Fourth the room is clean and good cooling and good location about 15 minutes walk to Cevahir mall and Metro , near to restaurants , groceries, laundry , money changes and taxis, all the housekeeping and room services and coffee shop showing good hospitality. I really recommend this hotel.

The breakfast did not meet a hotel quality. It was too basic. We had to buy fried eggs. The boiled ones had traces of dirt like unwashedly boiled. There was no good. Just simple ingredients.

The breakfast could be served fresh in more variety.

staff was responsive, friendly, attentive and helpful! they assisted with airport transfer and other demands!

this is not a 5 star hotel, at best it can claim 4 stars! furniture is old! breakfast was rather shortcoming, with the exception of the fruit selection! location is overall good but there is a lot of noise as there are roads on all sides of the hotel!

location

Although the hotel has a great location and is very clean, our experience was ruined by the excessive noise from both the street and the hotel itself. The noise persisted until around 4 o'clock in the morning, with particularly loud shouting and talking around 3:30 am. When I contacted the front desk, they did not take any action to address the issue. Additionally, one of the hotel employees repeatedly slammed a door loudly and forcefully around 4:15 am, causing further disturbance to our sleep. As a result, our day was negatively affected by the lack of rest, and we ultimately decided to switch to a different hotel where we could sleep better.

The staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful with everything and kind. The rooms were clean. i highly recommend and will be staying in the hotel everytime I visit Istanbul.
