It's very bad the costume service and not have any respect and the hotel not clean

Location

Reception staff rude, do not respect customers. Room condition especially toilet was bad, need renovation. Room cleaning was not performed on daily basis, not even once per stay.

Just the Location

The staff is unspeakable and rude. Cleanliness is not good, especially the sheets and pillows. The water heater is dirty. It contains water with a bad smell. A great loss. This hotel is in this failed administration, knowing that it is a good building and a great location for

Breakfast is ok but not ok need to put coffee and tee in room and no any fruits and no sweat in breakfast But thanks booking for support us for the trip and will will plan for another trip through booking . I will plan to trip turkey through booking. Pls advise me for planning another trip to turkey cheapest hotel and good

I liked the hotel mostly and on top of all for its location and good value for the money

In sometimes I felt like I’m dealing with a trading company not a hotel, senior staff is bit aggressive and don’t show enough respect to the guest who deserves a nice welcome and hospitality. Some items in the toilet must be changed at least for safty

Very bad attitude of staff and very bad condition of room

The location, the room's size and view, the furniture, and the polite and helpful staff.

The hotel must find a solution for the odor coming form the bathroom, and to renew and upgrade the toilet. The breakfast is so poor and waste of time and money.

I know there are fancier hotels in the area but the Kafkas staff always greet me so kindly and make my stay nice. They have given good advice when I had questions about Istanbul. I always come back because the location is absolutely ideal!!! As a single woman traveling alone, I always feel safe. I LOVE the kiosk right next door! They are my friends and I mostly buy from them.

I'm not much of a breakfast person so I don't care if they don't have a huge variety. I just grab coffee and some eggs. If I want more, there are amazing bakeries nearby.

I loved it here, it was affordable, but in a great location, clean comfortable, good breakfast and stuff was also OK. Very good value for money.

The location... It is my second stay in this hotel... The hotel is near to everything : tram,, train, Egypt bazar, eminounou, bosphore, sultan Ahmet and hagia Sophia...

It will be good to improve the breakfast a little

I like the location and facilities.

There are so many rules you must adhere. There is no room for flexibility in early check-in time eventhough we have stayed for a week and many rooms. I would stay elsewhere if I were to visit Turkey again.

Lokacija je odlična. Na glavnoj ulici pored T1 linije. Sobe su bile sa druge strane pa nam buka nije smetala.Sobe su sa dosta prostora sto je odlično za ovaj dio grada. Krevet je udoban. U sobi postoji grijanje.Doručak skroman, zadovoljavajući.U hotelu ima lift.

Kupatilo nije bilo čisto, i za 6 dana niko nije odrzavao čistoću u sobama. To je ono što mi je najviše smetalo tokom boravka.Jednom su zamijenjeni peškiri.Fen nije radio u jednoj sobi tako da ponesite svoj.Pogled je bio na straznji dio hotela gdje se nalaze cijevi za ventilaciju. Ali to nam nije bilo bitno jer pogled je odličan napolju.

Location, Location, Location. If you are coming to Istanbul, I mean central old historical part. This Hotel is in absolute best location. Tram, main Sirkeci station and Bhosphorus cruise on your door step. Local shops and historical places very near.

Location is best, very convenient, basic, clean and cheap. I had 2 rooms one facing the busy street the other facing some rear pipes ?. WiFi was good, breakfast small but essentially enough. Toilet had some issue like lose toilet seat. And basic wear and tear, but that’s forgivable

-the location - just near the tram Gulhane ♥️???- nice stuff and helping (our hair dryer didn’t work and they brought us a different one, even better, thank you ) - good tasty breakfast, -clean room, good beds

- no blankets, it was cold ?- the problem with the door in the WC

The location is great, staff is friendly and lower in price than most of the hotels around in the same area. Also rooms are normal size but bigger than what the other hotels in the area offer. I read all the reviews and while I agree with some negative comments, knowing what to expect makes a huge difference. Rooms, beds and towels were clean. I stayed for 2 nights, travelled around the country then returned and stayed for 4 more nights. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is the cutest girl in the reception, always smiling and trying to help. And they speak decent english.

For the negative part it’s basically the same as everyone is saying but again, not that bad. Bathroom needs renovation, toilet seat was loose and always moving, some parts of the wall had black mold. But there is hot water and good water pressure and toilet is not smelling(something that was commented alot) and for Arabs, shatafa is almost useless.Food is mediocre. Fries are served cold and stale. Sausages are also always cold. Cereals were really really of poor quality. No variety and not really good quality. I hope they offer a “no breakfast” option for those who want it and for cheaper price.There were ants in the rooms. Not much ( because I visited in October) but they appeared if you left any open food, also saw them in the bathroom floor. Even though the room was clean I am not sure where they came from.

Good lokation in between Eminonu and Sultanahmet, near Gulhane park and Aya Sofia, Topkapi, Blue moscue...Good bed, breakfast is ok, clean, good terace for breakfast??

Everything Horrible experiance ac didnt work, food was bad, staff was rude wouldnt even give us water

The location is ideal and close to the places I want to visit, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it during this visit.

The only thing I didn't like about the room was that there were no teabags, sugar, or cutlery, and there was no place to put a cloth or bath towel in the toilet. Breakfast was the same every day, and choices were limited. But it doesn't matter; the room in general is great.
