Air Boss Istanbul Airport and Fair Hotel

Bad smell in shower room, smelt like sewage. Air con did not always work, slow internet speed. People are smoking in their hotel rooms which is bothersome. There is construction work happening in the hotel, very noisy during the day.

Location is in a shady neigbourhood but close to exhibition center.

Toilet smell is unbearable. Smell comes from showers and even window left open didnt help. Any food order takes 1-1,5 hours even when there are 1-2 tables on the dinner hall. AC system is quite old and didnt work on some of the colleagues rooms.

Staff of the hotel are amazing!

Rooms need to be updated & better cleaned. Property location is near Mosque and couple times a day, when prays are ongoing, very loud and annoying. It’s not sound proof as advertised.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the manager was especially generous and welcoming. No request was ever too much, and the rooms were spotless. I truly felt taken care of and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Never going back

Smelt, room too small, charges me extra £180 for a bigger room, smelt, very dirty

Never going back.

Very dirty, too far away from the main location, smelt

Uncomfortable twin bed, the mattress way smaller than the mattress box. The floor looks like never got mopped. Very very small room. Not have a coffee station in the room, not even an iron.

The front desk people are friendly and willing to help.

The staff is nice and doing their efforts to help, the breakfast is very nice

I had a problem with the electricity bottom in my room, and there is no parking for the hotel.

Very nice staff

The location and the cleaning

Nice clean amenities! Definitely would stay there again… only that it’s location is a bit far

Location a bit far from downtown

Clean and tidy

Rooms way to warm and A/C. Useless, could not sleep at night. Noisy early in the morning too, Can hear moving of chairs and tables above from 7 am

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

One SPASmart tv

- Breakfast

- Toilet was malfunctioning - Wifi coverage wasn’t good in the room- children from 2yrs and above are considered as adults and are charged

Room was modern Strong WiFi connection AC worked wellShower has good water pressure Breakfast buffet options were good for me I'm easily pleased The staff were helpful The outside seating area was a nice touch 20 min walk to local mall or 2 minutes walk to local shopSummary basic functional good value for money

I would say closer to a 3 star than 4 star.If you're a light sleeper ask for a room away from the lift as it was loud and could hear it every time it was called day and night. Not far from a mosque so can hear calls for prayers over the speakers starting 06.30 in the morning. The rooms are supposed to be soundproof, but they aren't. TV had lots of channels, but wasn't a smart TV so no link to netflix etc. Building work in the surrounding area, but wasn't too loud.

Staff was being helpful.

There was a cigarette smell in every room. We changed maybe 4 rooms, but each of them smelled after cigarettes. We think it was coming thru the air-conditioning system. For us as nonsmokers it was a big issue. Wanted to change the accommodation but the hotel didn't want to accept our refund.

The staff was attentive and kind. Decent value for spent money.

The location is a bit of an issue, nowhere close to public transportation. Breakfast is pretty much the same each morning. The AC wasn't working properly.

Breakfast was surplus. Room was very comfortable. Shower worked perfectly well. I think my room was next to a smoker because I kept on smelling the stench of cigarette smoke but it didn't bother me too much

The wifi was down for two days which was torturing

staff were really helpful and nice, good cleaning service and breakfast.

Even though the location of the hotel is close to downtown and in a good area, there was no parking space for the hotel tenants, it was really hard to find a parking spot for my car close to the hotel

Breakfast was delicious and varied, with some of the food being changed every three days. I booked that hotel for five weeks because I was in Istanbul for medical reasons and I considered the hotel was good.

The sewing system can be improved, at least in the bathroom that I had.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they served with a smile. The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms comfortable.

The location and that its near a building site.
