Close to a subway stop, really good location

If you ever have to communicate with a staff the wait is too long. Had to wait a lot for check in and check out because there was only 2 people at the reception. Same long waits and unanswered calls for housekeeping, guest services and room service line

Good location near malls and really a five star hotel

Poor management poor coordination and the reception ifs not a five star service They can change their words and agreements in a one day They can lie to costumes I had an aggrement to extend my stay for 2 night over night they lie

The staff so professional and helpful especially Mr Serdar and purac, rapid action with big smile and jovial,Appreciate all you assistance as well.

Since you ask me ,I haven't Abigail deal answer but mostly is perfect.

Several things that I like, The location of the hotel, the hospitality and the friendly environment and the helpful staff.

The facilities were excellent, and the room service was outstanding. Orders were delivered incredibly fast—within minutes—and the staff were always friendly and smiling.

The location was amazing, attached to Ozdilek mall, and a few steps away from Kanyon mall, also the cleanliness of the hotel and politeness of staff, we took a room without breakfast ( so many choices of breakfast around the hotel )and with partial Seaview, you can hardly see the sea but still was nice, the room size was good, it had everything we needed, from Iron to coffee machine to kittle, they even had a scale at the bathroom and an anti-slip Mat, really to us everything was perfect, I would come back again and I strongly recommend it.

The location was perfect. It is right next to Kanyon Mall which made everything very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated three adults. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

The entrance of the hotel is not clear if you driving by the car.

Luxury hotel, with excellent breakfast, fitness and pool/sauna/Turkish bath facilities at a great location very near metro and several shopping centers. Courteous staff, and very comfortable rooms.

Extremely bright lights in the bathroom, which is usually good, but bothersome in the middle of the night! Wish there was a small night light. Electronic light keys which actually got stuck on all-on in the middle of the night and we had to call for help to get them reset.

Location is close to 2 malls, clean, comfortable and helpful staff

A little far from the old city, but I like the convenience of shopping centers next door. Also, Metro is nearby.

Better signage for drivers to know where to turn, too many things on the street that obscure the drive into hotel

Check in staff, concierge and breakfast waiters are nice, Ilyam (?) was helpful. Hotel is clean, bed is comfortable, location is great (metro station is right in front of the hotel), a mall next door

Checked out on Oct 7, a staff Ece said I had a charge for Oreo. Told her I opened the mini bar, but put it back, asked her to confirmed with housekeeping which no one responded. Ece said she is going to take it from my account. I insisted that I did not take/eat the oreo, then smirkingly added she "trusted" me and would not charge me. a. I had paid a significant amount for the room—why would I lie about a snack? After settling the bill, she didn’t offer any help with my luggages.

Very exceptional hotel, one of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul

Location is excellent, the staff is very helpful and welcoming, the beds are very comfortable and clean, I enjoyed my stay and definitely this hotel will be my best choice in my future trips to Istanbul.

-Location was perfect near to transportation and malls for shopping -Was super clean-Food was amazing as well-car parking was available -restaurants and cafes were nearby -price for the service is wonderful

I had an outstanding stay at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless thanks to the excellent service from Furkan and Sardar, who made me feel warmly welcomed. Equally, the checkout experience with Anil was smooth and professional, leaving a lasting impression.The room was spacious and comfortable, with every detail well taken care of. Room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout my stay. The Spa facilities were exceptional, offering the perfect way to relax after a day in the city. Breakfast was a highlight, varied, fresh, and truly delicious, with something to suit every taste.Overall, the staff’s professionalism and the hotel’s top-class amenities made my stay memorable. I will definitely return and highly recommend Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent to anyone visiting the city.

Breakfast is exceptional. Much better than most of the hotels in the same level ( the five stars)

I did not like the lights in the corridor to the rooms. The way to the rooms is very dark for people in our ages.

I like the place and it's my destination every time I am in Istanbul. The hotel itself and the location are perfect.

At my checkout, I met the most unprofessional lady. I kept telling her that I needed to catch a flight she kept me for almost 20 minutes to check the mini bar. When I asked her for an invoice she informed me to contact my travel agency. Although I liked the hotel but I don't think I am coming back to it.
